This luxury three-bedroom condo at the Lake of the Ozarks sleeps 8 people. It’s nestled on the Regalia resort property with six pools, three bars and two restaurants. It boasts the largest swimming pool at the lake of the Ozarks with live entertainment each weekend. The outdoor pools are open Memorial Day thru Labor Day. Indoor pool and hot tub are open year round for minimal daily or weekend fees.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
I hope you’ve enjoyed your stay. Checkout time is 10 AM. Before you leave, take kitchen trash to the dumpster across the street. Make sure the refrigerator is empty of anything you cooked or bought.
Put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start before you leave. Don’t worry about making beds, the maids will strip them and refresh linens.
Please return swimming pool keys and parking passes to the kitchen shelf. To lock the door just hit the Kwikset button on the top. Do NOT lock the door knob. Thanks!!

Only use Dura logs. Firewood not permitted.
Pool hours are from 9am -10pm. · Owners/Renters should carry their key with them at all times. If you cannot produce it, you will be asked to leave.

It was an overall good stay. There seemed to be dog hair all over the master bedroom bed and floor. We also thought there was a futon but couldn’t find it. The pictures of the pools and other parts of the location were very different than in person. A lot of the places were over grown and run down.

Thank you for the feedback. I have notified the cleaning crew to make sure that renters with pets get an extra cleaning. There is no futon, but the sofa in the living room is a sleeper couch with a queen mattress.

The condo had a lovely layout. It does need a thorough cleaning. lime stains.toilet loose. We had items that needed service right away and these items were taken care. Extra bedding smelled like wet dog. We checked out close to 9 am. We had a wonderful time. Wish we could have stayed longer. Get rid of plastic plants outside.

Girlfriends weekend.

Condo is nice on the inside and has lots of amenities. The condo layout is a bit odd…Kind of dark with not a lot of windows off of living and dining area. Also there were no hand towels for guest use in either bathroom. Only one decorative hand towel in each bathroom which we didn’t want to use. Overall a nice place in a nice area. Sheets could also use an upgrade, the ones on king bed were pilled. Host was very nice and responsive.

We loved the property. It was very clean & comfy. We loved the pools. Restaurants right there if needed. Golf was close by The kitchen had all u need. They had a wine refrigerator for people who like wine. We would come back again

Very easy to work with. Great place to stay would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone! Keely was very easy to work with and had excellent communication. I appreciate her allowing us to stay here on a days notice!
