Newly updated 3 Bedroom, 3 Full Bath top floor condo with more than 1,500 square feet of living space. Master Bedroom with King size bed, Guest Bedroom with Queen bed, and loft with 2 Queen beds. Two living rooms, the main living room with a 58” flat screen, and a living room in loft perfect for kids’ TV and gaming. Additional seating around the main dining table added in 2022 (also a card table in the closet).
Air Mattress also available for extra sleeping with plenty of room in the loft – one single and one full size (BYOL – bring your own linens for air mattresses). Large deck with stunning views. Electric outdoor grill. Outdoor heated pool, opens mid to late April.

Located right off the 11 Mile Marker in Sunrise Beach, great location by water and land. Nearby grocery stores, restaurants, and bars include:

*Pointe Oasis Marine at the 13 Mile Marker also has boats and wave runners for rent. Short drive by land and water.

*Shawnee Bend Access Boat Ramp - .5 miles – Bring your own Boat! Boat launch and fishing. Free overnight parking for your trailer. must be attached to your vehicle (No trailer parking at Westside Bay) Well lit!

* Frankie & Louie's (5.5 miles by car, closer by boat!)

Great accommodation

This was the perfect place for our family vacation. The beds were comfortable, the kids even mentioned how well they liked them. there was plenty of room for the eight of us. Everything was as advertised and the pool was great.

Weekend trip

This condo worked great for the 7 of us to stay for a long weekend. The pictures dont do it justice! Its very clean with nice finishes and furnished with several touches to make it comfortable. We enjoyed the comfortable patio furniture, huge couches, spacious 3 bedroom areas and kitchen stocked with cookware. The owners have put a lot of thought into making it feel like home. The pool onsite was nice to hang out in after doing other things all day. Uber and Lyft were very easy to get for safe transportation. We would highly recommend staying here!

Great location close to boat rentals and restaurants. Beautiful view of the lake. Condo was very clean and well kept. Although these old bones weren't used to climbing 4 flights of stairs lol. Our group had an amazing time!

Loved this Condo!

My husband and I brought our oldest son, our two grandchildren and our 9 year old son to the Ozarks from Central Illinois. We chose this condo because the location is close to family friendly activities we like to visit as well as the extra room with the loft. We were definitely not disappointed. We loved the condo - plenty of room (and bathrooms), the kitchen was well stocked, loved the outdoor deck chairs (great view!) and a nice pool. The owners were amazing to work with, and it was obvious they added small details to make guests feel welcome. The next time we come to the Ozarks, we will be checking the availability of this condo!

A great place to stay for a fun getaway!

We took a girls trip and were very impressed with the cleanliness and how nice the condo was! It is a beautiful space overlooking the lake and I would definitely stay there again. I am already looking forward to planning our next trip. We were a short distance to Frankie and Louies by car and not far from many places at all by boat. Great location with a great view! My only complaint is that the front door is a little hard to lock/unlock, but it could have been user error! Overall, a great stay.
