Our stay was very enjoyable! The house was beautiful and the property was close to Cherokee, Bryson City, and the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. I would definitely recommend this to another person. Hopefully we can stay there again!
I stayed here for a few days over the weekend to go golfing and visit the casino. Everything was spic and span. Very comfortable great location easy to drive to everything. Beautiful sunsets. Walkable Road. The amenities were top notch and the hot tub was a massive plus!
This cabin was just perfect for our family of 9. The cabin was stocked with all the things we needed to make our stay comfortable. Would definitely recommend.
Had our entire family spend Thanksgiving together here and it was wonderful. This was our second year here for Thanksgiving and hope to be back next year!
My wife and I had our two kids, their spouses, and our three grandchildren there to share Thanksgiving and it was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan on returning next year.
This cabin was great. It was the best place we have ever stayed that was booked through VRBO. The kitchen was stocked with any dish that could possibly be needed. We wouldDefinitely rent this place again and would recommend it to anyone.
The house is so well maintained. Communication was great and everything as advertised. It was so much fun to stay at this cabin with family and be able to visit with other family in the area. We were close to hiking and fun restaurants. Great rental!
This place was lovely! Other than the drive from main road to cabin, everything was easy living! Hot tub was clean, amenities were great, views were lovely, it was removed from everything but close it all. We had a fantastic time!
We had a wonderful stay at this cabin! It was spotless, with plenty of linens and towels, and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. The atmosphere was cozy and comfortable, making it the perfect getaway. The drive up was a little more challenging than I expected, but it was completely doable in a sedan—just be sure to follow the directions carefully. Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-equipped cabin retreat!

We came from Michigan to stay in the beautiful home to bring my 70 year old mother back to the smoky mountains to celebrate her special birthday. This house was perfect for our family coming to town to visit The Polar Express! The house was extremely clean and everything was easy to find. We had no issues. The directions sent before our stay were very clear so we had no questions leading up to our visit. We have saved this house for next year! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home.
Very nice house! My family enjoyed our stay. The bunk room was a hit! Everyone wanted to sleep down there. The only problem I had was getting up the driveway. But overall, very pleased!
Thanks,
Jennifer

Thank you for your recent stay at Appalachian Dream! I'm glad your family enjoyed the cabin and the bunk room. The driveway has been regraded and smoothed after your checkout date. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and hope to have you return in the future!
This house met the needs of our family perfectly. The guys had just come off from hiking the AT so having a kitchen with anything we needed to prepare a good, healthy meal was fantastic! There was ample room to spread out and relax, foosball tournaments ensued, and we all enjoyed S'Mores over the firepit. The house is equally distanced between Bryson City and Cherokee so it made exploring the area super easy. Our family did some ziplining one day and it was an easy drive! Highly recommend the house and the hosts!
The cabin and property exceeded our expectations. It had everything we needed for a week stay with our kids. Plenty of room and all the amenities. Comfy beds, quiet property, very clean house. We enjoyed the hot tub, fires in the firepit, and coffee on the deck overlooking the mountains. It’s about 15 minutes to Bryson City and GSMNP. Definitely use the directions given by the property manager. The neighborhood roads are narrow with blind curves and steep driveways, but worth it.
