New Construction Townhome that boasts over 2100 sqft and provides amazing panoramic views of Waters Bay off the back two decks. Perfectly situated on the Sound side with large private lot and just a 5 minute walk to the beach.

Our new construction townhome will have everything you need to have a relaxing time with friends and family or enjoy it as a new place to work. We provide all linens, towels, beach accessories, and toiletries. All you'll need is your bag!
