Well appointed home with beautiful views of the waterways. Communication with the host was prompt and friendly. I would rent this home again.

The house was very clean overall except for the fact that the oven was very dirty. A previous guest must have spilled something and when we preheated the oven it caused lots of black smoke in the house which set off the smoke alarm. Then the smoke alarm battery was drained and kept beeping intermittently. The maintenance man did come out to fix it twice, and he was very kind.
