Newly Renovated Single Family Home 7 Minutes to Mayo Campus

Come and enjoy a freshly remodeled home conveniently located in Rochester, MN. This home has been completely remodeled from top to bottom in August 2022, including all new furniture.

THE LOCATION
The home is in a quiet neighborhood walking distance from parks along with many shops and restaurants (Cub Foods, Planet Fitness, Caribou, Apollo Liquor, etc..). There is also free parking in the driveway (fits 2 vehicles) and free parking on the street.

Olmsted Medical Center = 1 mile
Mayo Clinic Hospital, Saint Mary’s Campus = 2 miles
Mayo Clinic Hospital, Methodist Campus = 1 mile

THE HOME
On the main level you will find an open concept kitchen/ living room. Enjoy cooking in our fully stocked kitchen with our brand-new stainless-steel appliances and gas stove (or watch those that enjoy cooking from your barstool at the peninsula)! There is plenty of room for everyone in this great room whether you are cooking in the kitchen, conversing in the living room, enjoying a show on our 65” TV or multitasking all three. Additionally, you will find a dining room in the front of the home with lots of natural light from the bay window to enjoy a sit-down meal or to play games.
Also on the main level, there is a full bathroom with a beautifully tiled tub/shower combo. In the bathroom closet you will find fresh bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths. The main bedroom contains a comfortable queen bed with a large closet, and the second main floor bedroom has a double bed (additional linens in the closets as needed).
Head upstairs to find a private office space (free WiFi included!), an oversized half bathroom, and a spacious third bedroom which contains double bed (again additional linens in the closets as needed).
The washer and dryer are in the basement – free to use, so please do!

Very pleased with the home
My husband and I where there to visit Mayo Clinic, our stay had to be extended so we had to move from the apartment that we had rented. Jeffrey let us check in early, sent us the wifi code before we got there and was really quick about it all!! The house is amazing and would be great for our whole family if we have them come with us next time. Everything was brand new so was very clean.
