The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- An entrance hall and a utility room

On the first floor:
- A 15 m² living room with a sofa and dining area
- A fully equipped open-plan kitchen including: electric kettle, microwave, toaster, hob…
- A shower room with shower and toilet

On the second floor:
- Bedroom 1: a bedroom with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: an attic bedroom with a pull-out bed (sleeps two)

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional items: a high chair, a washing machine and a cot.

The maisonnette is ideally located in Arches, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops and restaurants are close by.

Activities:
A 10-minute drive away, you'll find Épinal with its shops, restaurants, cinemas and ice rink.
Nature lovers will love the walks along the Moselle, the forest paths and the hiking trails, which are accessible all year round.
In winter, the Vosges' main ski resorts, such as Gérardmer and La Bresse, are within easy reach for downhill skiing, cross-country skiing and tobogganing.
In summer, lakes, leisure centres, water sports and adventure parks are all within easy reach.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the accommodation.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Train: Arches station is served by regional trains (TER Grand Est), with regular services from Épinal and Remiremont. The accommodation is a 5-minute walk away.
- Bus: regional bus services run to Arches from Épinal and neighbouring towns, making it easy to get around without a car.
- Plane: the nearest airports are Mulhouse, Metz-Nancy-Lorraine and Strasbourg (approximately 1? to 2 hours' drive).
