Whales, waves, hot-tub nights—this is Dillon Beach done right! Whale Watch is an oceanfront retreat for 10 with panoramic Pacific views, a private hot tub, two oceanfront decks, and a game room built for friendly competition. Walk about 15 minutes down to the beach or make the quick 3-minute drive, then come home for BBQ, ping pong, sunset drinks, and seasonal whale watching right from the deck. Perfect for families, friends, celebrations, girls’ getaways, and dog lovers ready for a fun-filled coastal escape.

Dillon Beach – Approximately a 15-minute walk downhill or quick 3-minute drive for surfing, boogie boarding, beachcombing, tide pooling, long walks, and dog-friendly beach fun.
Tomales Bay – Kayaking, fresh local oysters, waterfront dining, wildlife watching, and beautiful coastal scenery.
Point Reyes – Explore beaches, hiking trails, wildlife, dramatic overlooks, and some of Marin County's most memorable landscapes.
Bodega Bay – Fresh seafood, beaches, kayaking, fishing, golf, horseback riding, and seasonal whale watching.
Sonoma Coast & Highway 1 – Beach hop, hike coastal trails, stop at scenic overlooks, or simply enjoy one of Northern California's great coastal drives.

DOG GUIDELINES
Dogs are welcome with a $125 fee per dog.
The yard is not enclosed.
Dogs must be crated if left unattended.

10 people max day or night — NO drop-in guests — NO parties (HOA w/ security)
Driveway is steep — must follow arrival instructions to avoid scraping vehicle
4 cars max — NO on-street parking
Please be mindful of water usage
NO smoking/vaping of any substance in house


⏱ CHECK-IN DETAILS
• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Instructions sent 2–3 days before arrival (please do not arrive to the house without them)
• Guest support available 9 AM – 9 PM daily, with after-hours emergency assistance.
• There is a Guest Reference Guide in each home. It has everything you need to know about the home & contact info etc.
