TWO STORIES, 1600 SQ.FT., HARDWOOD AND TILE FLOORS THROUGHOUT. EXPANSIVE WINDOWS AFFORD VIEWS OF LAND AND SEA - LIVESTOCK AND DEER GRAZING ON THE HILLSIDE OR POSSIBLY A WHALE BLOWING OFF IN THE DISTANCE. TWO SPACIOUS DECKS FACE EAST AND WEST.

We stayed there for a week and loved the light common area, well stocked kitchen and outdoor warm shower. We had our dog and walked to the beach twice a day. The beds were comfortable and we loved all the books, WiFi and blankets.

Quiet and Quaint Coastal Neighborhood

We had a lovely stay at Camp David. The house is located in a quiet beach neighborhood within a short walking distance to Dillon Beach. Our dog loves Dillon beach and she loved to meet everyone from friendly neighbors to any passerby. We love to eat at the local restaurant and picked up a few things at Dillon Beach Market. The house was very comfortable as were the beds. Perfect for our family of 3 and our dog.

A beautiful and cozy place, the family and I really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and spacious despite it's size. The only real issue we had were the doors make for less privacy inside the house. I'm assuming it's to help with airflow, but the doors are thin with open slats, so you can hear everything from either bedroom or bathroom, even if you're standing upstairs. Overall it was a great experience and we will be back.

The house was in a great location, about 5 minutes walking distance to the beach, very clean, and well managed. Susan has done a great job decorating their house, and she was very easy to work with. Camp David is at the top of the list for our next trip to Dillon Beach!

GREAT Trip

House super clean, excellent location, easy walk to store. 3 TO 5 Minutes to beach. Parking for 2 small cars, if you drive a full size truck, parking could be tight. Everything you need. Only 1 shower, but large tub if needed. Will stay here again.

DILLON BEACH IS WONDERFUL BECAUSE, ONLY AND HOUR FROM SAN FRANCISCO IT FEELS AS THOUGH YOU ARE IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE...IT REMINDS US OF NEW ZEALAND.....AND YET THERE IS SO MUCH TO DO...PERFECT! WE HAVE RECENTLY SETTLED ON A NEARBY RANCH SO NO LONGER STAY AT CAMP DAVID. THIS IS THE VERY FIRST TIME WE HAVE LISTED IT FOR RENT.

WE FIRST CAME TO DILLON BEACH AT A FRIEND'S INVITATION. WE ESPECIALLY LIKED THE OLD VILLAGE AND WERE LUCKY ENOUGH TO FIND THIS LOT AND WERE ABLE TO BUILD CAMP DAVID. WE RETURNED EACH WEEKEND AND SOMETIMES FOR HOLIDAYS.

WHAT I LOVE BEST ABOUT THE HOME ITS THAT IT ALLOWS ME TO REST: READING A BOOK ON THE SOFA WARMED BY THE SUN, IT IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE NOT TO FALL ASLEEP.....ALL THE STRESS IS GONE. WE HAVE LOVED ENTERTAINING HERE AND NOW OUR GRANDCHILDREN HAVE FALLEN IN LOVE WITH DILLON BEACH.
