Welcome to Sea Breeze! Located in the heart of the village, Sea Breeze is the perfect launching point for your Dillon Beach vacation!

For those of you looking for the perfect "flex-cation" spot, Sea Breeze is fully equipped to handle your work-from-vacation-home needs! It has fast, reliable WiFi with download speeds of 100mbps minimum!

Take the side flight of stairs up to the main entry to Sea Breeze, entering into the open dining and living room areas. Immediately feel the warmth of the space you get to call yours for the next few days! The living room is light filled from the row of west facing windows with views of the Village and partial ocean views. Two comfy sofas, including a fold-out sofa, are set up by the gas log fireplace, sure to take the chill off crisp ocean evenings! Roku TV with DirecTV satellite package and Blu-Ray player ensure the media buffs in your group stay well entertained! Just off of the living room is another sweet, light filled space (the "reading nook") with fold-out sofa. Picture the perfect spot for a flex-cation home office and this is it!

The dining area is located conveniently adjacent to the adorable and well equipped kitchen. With plenty of counter space and fully stocked with everything you may need, you'll be cooking up first class meals in no time! At the far end of the kitchen is the quintessential charming breakfast nook with views of the rolling hillsides surrounding Dillon Beach!

Rounding out the main floor is a large, spacious bedroom with comfortable queen sized bed and a full bath.

The lower level, accessible from the staircase off the kitchen, contains a second cozy bedroom with queen sized bed, another full bath and Laundry Room!

Sea Breeze is a Dillon Beach Village staple! A warm spacious house for up 8 of your favorite people! 5 minute walk to the beach. You'll want to come back year after year!

Just a reminder; 8 people is the maximum for this house day or night. 2 Cars Max in driveway. Please ask us about where to park extra cars.

Perfect cozy family friendly beach getaway

We loved this property! We appreciated that it was a fully stocked kitchen so we could cook our own meals and loved being able to bring our pup along. The location was perfect, so close to the beach. The management was responsive and the check in and out was easy and convenient.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the Dillon Beach area and travel here, frequently. This home is fairly spacious but be aware, a LOT of stairs--not suitable for anyone with limited mobility or small children and the large area rugs were thin with curled edges creating a potential trip hazard. We stepped extra carefully in this one. Spacious kitchen & well-stocked with essentials should you want to cook. It is on the back end of the village which is nice and quiet compared to others we have rented. A nice view of the hillside in the MB, but only a tiny, peekaboo view of the ocean from living room. Short walk to beach, store & cafe. The back (ground level) patio was appreciated. If you are looking to save a little money and not spend extra for an outside deck with views, this will do the trick. We missed having a deck & view, but it got us to the area for a quick weekend away, when nothing else was available on short notice. This was one of the most well-equipped kitchens we have encountered in the area--so if you don't want to eat out every day and cook, great choice. If you are new to the area be prepared to drive for more extensive groceries and dining (or pack them up in advance). The DB cafe is only open a few days a week with a limited menu. We frequently head to Nick's Cove or Bodega Bay from here for more dining options. This is a great location with a fabulous beach and a great launch pad for short day trips to surrounding areas.

Hello, Glad you had a good stay. We advertise Sea Breeze as having just a very small, peek-boo ocean view. The thing about Sea Breeze is it's proximity to the beach. About a 6 min walk down to the beach The stairs are just a regular flight of stairs up to the houses entry level, we host families throughout the year. Sea Breeze is one of the most reasonable prices houses in Dillon Beach. Thanks, Stace

Great Getaway

Sea Breeze was perfect for our family of 4 (plus our dog). Plenty of space for us all to relax and conveniently located to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.
