The Space:

The villa is nestled on a beautifully landscaped 500 m² plot, just a few steps from the beach.

Enjoy the fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a plancha grill, sink, and mini fridge — perfect for long, laid-back lunches or relaxed dinners with friends and family.

A large outdoor dining table for 8 guests and several sun loungers invite you to unwind in the shade of the pine trees.

A lovely outdoor shower completes this peaceful haven — ideal after a day at the beach.



Ground floor:

Bright and spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and lounge. One master suite with an en-suite bathroom (walk-in shower, double sink), separate toilet, and utility room.



Upstairs:

Two double bedrooms, one bedroom with bunk beds, a bathroom with a bathtub, separate toilet, and a small office/play area.



A peaceful and natural setting, perfect for a family getaway or a holiday with friends — just moments from the ocean.



Guest Access:

All areas of the house are accessible to guests, except for the garage.



The Neighborhood:

The iconic 44 Hectares neighborhood — hidden from view at the end of a quiet path, where a cabin meets the Bay.

This Robinson Crusoe–style area stretches along the bay side, from the end of La Conche and the start of Le Mimbeau, all the way to the Cap Ferret Point (Le Mirador).

Here, everything is about nature — in both the atmosphere and the architecture, with many homes designed as traditional wooden cabins, or cabanes, blending perfectly into the landscape.



Getting Around:

Feel free to contact La Loge du Bassin — we can place the order for you and have bikes delivered directly to the villa.

The rental company will also come to pick them up at the end of your stay.
