Charming villa

At the heart of the sea side village of the Cap Ferret, the villa Rosa Bella is located close to an authentic lighthouse, less than 5 minutes walk away from the beaches of the Bassin d'Arcachon, the Atlantic Ocean and shops. Renovated in summer 2011, the villa is decorated with a simple and elegant french style. The garden is spacious, quiet and full of roses in spring. Quality ourdoor furniture, weber barbecue and and oustide shower with warm water make the garden enjoyable in any season.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Madame Brazier. La villa est à quelques pas des commerces et proche des plages du bassin et de l’océan. La maison, pleine de charme, est très agréable à vivre et le grand et beau jardin offre différents espaces pour se détendre, dîner et passer du temps ensemble. En espérant pouvoir revenir !

Séjour parfait

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans la villa de madame Brazier. La maison est confortable, chaleureuse et très bien équipée tout comme le grand jardin. La maison est au calme et a un emplacement idéal qui permet de tout faire à pied (commerces, marché, plages...). Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les personnes sur place et nous sommes tout de suite sentis comme à la maison. Les enfants ont pu profité des jouets et jeux aimablement laissés à disposition. Bref tout était parfait, nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Authentique et familiale

Au-delà de son positionnement idéal, proche de tous commerces mais sur une rue très calme, cette maison respire l'authenticité ! Une maison de vacances vivante où l'on peut s'imaginer des génération de bambins et de familles mettre les cirés et les maillots de bain pour aller ramasser les coques ou les couteaux ! D'ailleurs, tout l'attirail est disponible dans le garage. On sent que les propriétaires vous font confiance en laissant certaines de leurs affaires, ce qui fait qu'on se sent immédiatement comme si c'était notre propre maison secondaire. La propriétaire confie la gestion de sa maison à Hélène qui vit sur place et qui est disponible et très sympathique : vous évoquez qu'un sèche cheveux serait le bienvenu et elle vous l'amène dans l'heure ! Lumineux, vraie, fleurit, équipée, cette maison Arcachonaise respire le bonheur de vivre, et les marches qui craquent dans l'escalier ont des airs de madeleine de proust ! NOUS, on a adoré !!!!!

Une maison TRES agréable.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette maison spacieuse et pleine de charme. Le soleil étant au rendez-vous, nous avons pu profiter pleinement du grand jardin, lui aussi très agréable. La maison est idéalement située, à 2 mn des commerces et à 5 mn du Bassin. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir ! Sophie

Maison pleine de charme, spacieuse et confortable, dans un quartier tres bien situe pour tout faire en velo ou a pied (courses, plage...). Nous esperons bien y retourner!

Très jolie villa

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison. Idéalement située, vous pouvez vous passer d'utiliser la voiture durant votre séjour.Elle est bien équipée en électroménager. La literie est excellente. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

La maison est magnifique, dans le caractère typique du bassin. Nous avons posé nos voitures vu la qualité de l'emplacement ! Une douce semaine à refaire très vite!
