Take a swim in the screened-in, heated pool (83 degrees year-round) or spend some quality time in the large backyard around the gorgeous custom fire pit. Cook on the gas barbeque grill or roast some s'mores with special skewers made just for marshmallows!
This home is centrally located, close to shopping, groceries, restaurants, and several beautiful parks. Not to mention 15 minutes from Clearwater Beach, rated the #1 beach in the country!
