wonderful family vacay

place was in a good location. neighborhood walmart nearby as well as restaurants and not far from beach but far enough on the outskirts where it wasn't too chaotic. Pool was a perk. Really enjoyed our stay.

The clean 4 four bedroom home was prefectly located for all things we wanted to do in Clearwater

Perfect communication the whole way through, beautiful and spacious house that gave us all the space to spread out. Beautiful pool and firepit. Beach and shopping easily accessible. 100% would recommend this spot to anyone wanting to visit Clearwater! Host was phenomenal in making sure we had everything we needed. Very Nice Home in great quiet neighborhood. They were very helpful and helped us out beyond what they had to. the hole house was great. for the kids and the adults. I would highly recommend staying here. LOVE THIS HOUSE

2024 Summer Vacay

Could've used a more thorough cleaning but over all was good. Plenty of space(seating)and towels. Should add tvs to the other 2 bedrooms. Beds were comfortable. Master bedroom needs a closet or some place to hang clothes and better lighting. Pool was great. Host was great, very responsive.

Great family gathering spot

This was an ideal property to host an extended family holiday gathering for 9 adults. Plenty of sleeping space and three bathrooms was perfect for our group. The neighborhood was quiet and the house is in a convenient location, close to whatever you need. Venus was very helpful, reaching out ahead of our stay to welcome us and checking in with us after a couple of days. We had trouble getting the coffee maker to work properly, so Venus had a new one delivered to us at 10pm, ensuring the coffee drinkers in our group would get their caffeine fix! Venus also let us know ahead of time that a pool heater had just been installed, so a nice warm swim was a bonus we hadn't expected. This is a great rental option.

Not What We Expected

To Be Perfectly Honest Communication With The Owner Was Amazing. Unfortunately The Rental Was Very Dated and Dark. The Property Was Overgrown and The House Had Knats and Ants Throughout. I Was Extremely Disappointed. The Cabinets Were Filled With Discarded Items and Their Was Very Little Silverware and The Dishes Were Disgusting Before We Cleaned Everything.
