OCEANFRONT VILLA WITH POOLS, BEACH ACCESS & SHOPS HILTON HEAD

SEACREST CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Please be advised that the exterior roof project at Seacrest is scheduled to begin in early September 2025 and will continue in phases until completion, currently expected in late April 2026.

What to Expect:
Scaffolding may create an obstructed view during active phases.
Parking limitations due to construction equipment.
Noise during construction work hours.
Balconies may have limited access during certain phases.

Building 1:
Phase 1 (Courtyard Side): Scheduled for early November 2025 – mid-January 2026
Phase 2 (Street/Parking Lot Side): Scheduled for mid-January – April 2026

Building 2:
One phase scheduled to begin early September 2025 with scaffolding in place until early November 2025

Building 3:
No roof work is scheduled. However, parking limitations and noise may still be expected during the project timeline.

Despite these improvements, we are pleased to announce all resort amenities, including pools and the beach bar, will remain open for your enjoyment!

If you dream of the perfect vacation home away from home, 3101 SeaCrest is your dream come true! This amazing 3 bedroom, 3 bath oceanfront villa is located in building 3 on the first floor at the SeaCrest Resort. Here everyone can enjoy direct ocean views from inside and out. Two private balconies overlooking the pool (only heated in March and April) and the Atlantic Ocean provide the ideal space for enjoying morning coffee or evening cocktails and the gentle breezes waft over you.

Inside you have an open plan with all new furnishings, paint, wood floors, carpet, bedding, granite counters, and upgraded appliances. The spacious living and dining area is great for hosting family game or movie night. And wait until you see the fully equipped kitchen with plenty of counter space and breakfast bar seating. Bedrooms 1 and 2 feature comfy king beds, bedroom 3 has 2 queen beds and there is a queen sofa bed in the living room. You're sure to find all 3 bathrooms with spa-like finishes to be beautiful and relaxing.

SeaCrest Resort is in the Coligny Beach area of Hilton Head Island with dining, shopping, and entertainment all within walking distance. There are many activities available in the area, but most importantly, the wide, sandy beaches are just at your doorstep.

Great place! Had everything you needed for a big family. Perfect for a week long stay on the beach. Convenient location, close to everything. Clean, beds comfortable. The beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards were all a nice surprise! Would stay again!

Great Place & Location

Place was clean and well spread out. Very close to the beach with a great view. Had plenty of upgrades and amenities. Will definitely look for this place on future visits.

Awesome location, walkable to everything, and with wonderful amenities right on the property, and a great view of the ocean. Loved that pool was heated and that Pool Bar Jim's was right there! Highly recommend.

Great location!

Beautiful condo overlooking the pool and beach. We have stayed here numerous times in the past, love the location with a very easy short walk to the beach, and across the street from Coligny Plaza (which our teenagers love). Super comfy beds, well stocked kitchen. We’ll be back next year!

Absolutely beautiful unit. So big and spacious. Lots of room for our 8 adults and 2 littles to spread out. So clean and well maintained. Beautiful view. Excellent location. The management was so available and helpful. The best experience I’ve had with renting for vacation! We will be back!!!!

We were a family of 5, and this was our second stay at Seacrest. We love the property so much. It's perfect for families with small kids - so many things within walking distance, the pools that are beachfront are so helpful, the beach itself is great for families. We brought our own chairs and wagon, so did not use anything provided by the owners, but it looked like there was quite a bit. The bedroom setup was excellent, there was ample space for us to relax in the living area/kitchen. The full washer/dryer were great, and it is so helpful to have beach towels provided. We also loved that this unit was on the first floor, eliminating some of the need for the (very slow) elevator.

Perfect family getaway!

This property was everything we hoped it would be and more! The view is perfection! Susan and Host2Coast were fantastic to work with! She was prompt with any questions we encountered and went above and beyond to help us! There are so many great touches around the house for the guest! We had ages 1-68 and the property was a great fit for all of us. It is an easy and quick walk to the beach and the shops around. The pool was warm enough for all of us to get in and Pool Bar Jim’s was awesome! You won’t be disappointed staying here!!

The welcome basket from Host2Coast was especially nice. Everything we needed was in the kitchen and the unit for our 1 week stay.

Weekend getaway

Stayed here with some friends for a 5 day getaway during tropical storm Nicole. Although the weather was not what was planned during the booking, the amazing ocean views were pretty awesome while stuck inside. Everything needed was within walking distance, so when the storm bands slowed down, we were able to shop and visit some awesome eating places. Once the storms passed; the beach was only a few short steps away. Everything about our stay was great, and I can only imagine how enjoyable it is when the weather cooperates a little better.

We will definitely be back

The villa was spotless. Rooms and showers were huge. The bathtub was also big enough to fit me (A 6’ 250 lb man). The beds were some of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. Kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking supplies you could possibly need and fully stocked with plates, bowls, cups, utensils, etc. Lots of books and a few games to choose from. Even some beach toys and boogie and skimboards for littler kids. The view was well worth the price, woke up and went to sleep everyday looking at the ocean. It is literally steps to the beach, I’d say less then 100 yards from door to sand. I’d recommended renting beach chairs and umbrellas from the Beach Patrol. They set them up and take them down each day and the price is reasonable while comparing to the price of beach chairs and the hassle of lugging them to Hilton Head. Very relaxing vacation in a great location, in walking distance to everything you could possibly need. My wife and kids all agree that this is our new go to spot.

Oceanfront

Seacrest is to have one heated pool and this did not happen. Disappointing for the kids. Otherwise the unit is beautiful and the ocean views are wonderful. We have been coming to Hilton Head in the Fall for 25 years. Before rebooking we will check with Seacrest regarding the heated pool.

Great place for extended family!

The access to all the amenities at the resort, the pool and the beach front was all that we hoped for. It was convenient to shopping and even groceries could be delivered, or we could easily walk. If the water heater could be tweaked a bit for an increase in water temperature, then we would absolutely consider another stay here.

What a beautiful place and location!

Super easy rental process with texts providing all information for directions and instructions how to access the condo. Absolutely beautiful condo inside and outside with 2 pools, a beautiful courtyard and right on the beach. Great location with shops and great restaurants steps away. Super clean with luxury amenities and an amazing view.

We loved the Seacrest 3101. Very well appointed. We faced the ocean so the views were phenominal! The bedrooms and bathrooms were very roomy and comfortable. The main living area could have been larger as we had group of 10 staying. I would stay again!

Beautiful condo

We loved everything about this condo. The layout was perfect for us - grandparents in the front master bedroom, parents and toddler in the two adjacent back bedrooms. The decor and furnishings were lovely and the proximity to the pool and beach could not have been better. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat!
