Relax & unwind. Located in the heart of downtown, this peaceful loft is within steps from everything Ouray has to offer – hiking, shopping, restaurants, breweries, & a short walk to the world-famous hot springs.

***Please Note- This unit is not suitable for children under the age of 13 and guests who have difficulty climbing stairs.***

The home/building is surrounded by mature trees that provide a secluded & peaceful atmosphere. Private parking area and a small outdoor area. Outdoor seating available for guests. Please NO RVs or Trailers in the parking lot. Thank you for your understanding!

Please was ina perfect part of town, right in the middle but enough off the main strip to be private. Close to the river that runs through town! Amazing stay!

The location of the property is excellent. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. The only con I had was, and I may have misread, was that the second bedroom with the twin beds is actually in the sitting area/tv room/kitchenette with no stovetop.

The listing does describe this space under the “Rooms & Spaces” section as having two twin beds along with a sitting area, TV, and kitchenette. The kitchenette amenities are also listed and include a microwave, mini refrigerator, and K-Cup coffee maker; it is not advertised as having a stovetop. We appreciate your stay and hope this clarification is helpful to future guests when reviewing the layout and amenities.

Highly recommend! Any questions were answered promptly, the apartment was as advertised, the location was amazing, and the value was great! The set-up was great for two couples acclimating to the elevation and enjoying Ouray prior to a weeklong hike in the San Juans :)

Great location, quiet, easy access to laundry. The two twin beds are in the same space as the kitchen which made it difficult if the person in the master bedroom woke up first and wanted coffee without waking anyone else up. Coffee pods provided but no sweetener. Be aware no cooktop and a gallon of milk won’t fit in the refrigerator. All in all a good stay !

Great place, ideally located

This place was perfect for our family getaway. Nice to have 2 separate sleeping areas and 2 bathrooms - a must with 2 teenage sons! Clean, charming and one block from the main street. Able to walk to everything...restaurants, shopping, Box Canyon Falls, Cascade Falls, and only steps from the river. Ouray is such a special place and staying here only added to the enjoyment!

Alpine Loop getaway

Great location. Walking distance to Main Street. Nicely remodeled and comfortable space for two couples. Wall AC units were a nice touch especially since the space is upstairs. Hosts were great. They even helped us find parking for our trucks and ATV trailers in front of the property. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome space

For Ouray just about as food as you can get on location. It is an attic space so angled ceilings but for us that was fine. The heated toilet seat was bust’in!

Ouray is our family's favorite place on earth. There is lots to do here - hiking, jeeping, ice climbing, via ferrata, skiing in Telluride, and soaking in the world-famous hot springs. We feel so blessed to share our knowledge of the area not only with our two boys but also with you, our guests!

Whether you are looking for the best restaurant in town or a great day hike or just want to relax in one of the hot springs, we are happy to share our favorite spots with you. We deeply care about our guests' experience so please let us know if we missed anything, we will do our best to address it right away.

We live on the other side of the mountains, in Longmont with two wild boys, a puppy, 10 chickens, and bees. Although we try to come to Ouray as often as possible, when we are not there ourselves, our mom Cindy who lives in town handles and supervises cleaning and any last-minute assistance you may need.
