The apartment is located within the Capannizza facility, a resort laying about 500m away from the white sandy beaches of Budoni.
It is composed by a wide living room with kitchen, dining table and couch, two bedrooms with double / twin bed each and a bathroom with shower.
The front door takes you, trough a 15sqm covered porch, to the 130sqm front yard, a back yard of about 200sqm is also available.
The apartment is also furnished with air conditioning, 26 "satellite TV set, dish washer, washing machine, microwave oven, coffee machine, electric kettle and all necessary cooking utensils. A BBQ is also provided.
A private parking spot is also available.

Shared swimming pool open from beginning of May till the end of October.

The stay was very nice and comfortable, Silvi and Stefano are very friendly hosts, the apartment is clean and like the pics online, the pool is very clean and fine, we were many times for our own, only one thing was not so beautiful, the garden around the apartment is very worse, no gras no flowers, the other gardens around are much better than this one in that case

Cosy apartment very conveniently located

The apartment is functional and contains all the essentials. Air conditioning is in the living room only but can be felt in bedrooms too. The communal swimming pool is large, clean and not too crowded. Approx 400m from nearby beach with a nice bar serving pizza all day and very shallow water (ideal for young children). Owners were very responsive and nice.

Perfect Stay in Budoni

We spent a week with our family at Silvana and Stefano’s place, and everything was perfect. Budoni is a great base to explore the stunning beaches of northeastern Sardinia, visit Olbia and Porto Cervo, take a boat trip from Palau, or head down to the charming town of Orosei. The apartment is very clean, well-equipped, and ideal for a family stay, offering all the comforts you need plus two terraces. The residence is lovely, with a beautiful pool, and Budoni has plenty of shops and restaurants. Silvana and Stefano are extremely responsive and very friendly. I highly recommend this accommodation for a worry-free stay on this magnificent island

Enjoyable

We had a good time. Were there in august. Good location near nice beach (busy but not too busy), quite a few restaurants and close to touristic highlights. House itself is not big, but big enough. Really cool swimming pool with lots of space to hang about. Garden and terrace around around the house itself bit small and the grass was dryed out when we were there, but all together we had a lively time.

Wir hatten tolle 2 Wochen im Apartment von Silvana und Stefano. Alles ist wie beschrieben. Total sauber und wie auf den Bildern. Silvana und Stefano waren wirklich ganz tolle Vermieter. Sie wohnten nebenan und waren immer sofort da wenn man eine Frage hatte. Wir durften sogar eher in das Apartment und am Abreisetag durften wir unser Gepäck noch bei Silvana lassen, weil unsere Fähre erst am Abend ging. Etwas schade ist, dass keine Liegen und Schirme an Pool sind. Aber ansonsten ist alles toll. Die Lage ist gut, zum Strand ist es nicht weit und in Budoni gibt es alles was man braucht. Ein Auto ist allerdings nötig, im Laufnähe ist nicht viel. Der Strand von Budoni ist wirklich ein Traum. Zusammengefasst hatten wir eine schöne Zeit bei Silvana und Stefano. Vielen Dank dafür :-)

Traumhafte Unterkunft. Die Anlage hat ca. 18 Wohneinheiten, die den Pool gemeinsam nutzen. Wir hatten den Pool aber oftmals für uns allein. Der Pool kann von 8-21 Uhr genutzt werden. Die Unterkunft war sauber und es war alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Sonnenschirm, Sonnenliegen, Strandschirm, Strandmatten, Außendusche, Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer usw.. Klimaanlage funktionierte tadellos.Super nette Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Wir konnten sogar schon eher in die Unterkunft.Der Strand von Budoni ist fußläufig erreichbar, oder man nutzt mit dem Auto den riesigen Parkplatz (1,00 Euro pro h, 6,00 Euro pro Tag). Dusche am Strand ist vorhanden - sehr praktisch! In Budoni gibt es einige Supermärkte. Jeden Abend ist ab 21 Uhr Nachtmarkt.Wir können die Unterkunft ohne Einschränkungen empfehlen!!

Schönes Apartment in Strandnähe

Ein schönes Apartment in einer kleinen Anlage mit Pool. Zu Fuß ist man innerhalb von 10 Minuten am traumhaften Sandstrand von Budoni, mit dem Auto kann man die vielen anderen tollen Strände der Region erkunden. Man ist auch schnell im Zentrum von Budoni, wo es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants gibt. Die Vermieter*innen Sabrina und Stefano waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit, der Check-in mit Hernan hat super geklappt - vielen Dank!

Urlaub in Budoni

Sehr schöne und saubere Ferienwohnung, modern eingerichtet, alles da was man braucht, sogar ein Sonnenschirm für den Strand ist vorhanden, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Zum Strand sind es ca. 800 Meter, welche wir jedoch immer mit dem Auto zurückgelegt haben, da wir so viel Gepäck mitgenommen haben. Parkplätze zum Tagespreis von 3 Euro genug vorhanden, am Strand sehr angenehm, nicht so voll wie in San Teodoro, kommen gerne mal wieder 👍😀.

Schöne Zeit in Budoni

Silvana und Stefano sind wirklich herzliche Menschen und hervorragende Gastgeber! Kleine Wünsche haben sie uns erfüllt und waren sehr bemüht, dass wir uns wohl fühlen. Obwohl sie nebenan wohnten, waren sie nie aufdringlich und doch bei Fragen jederzeit ansprechbar. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einer kleinen Anlage am Rande von Budino. Sie wird überwiegend von italienischen Urlaubern genutzt. Der Stadtkern ist in 15 - 20 Minuten zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Dort gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants, Supermärkte und abends ab 21 Uhr einen Night Market. Der Strand ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zur Ferienanlage gehört ein Gemeinschaftspool, der gepflegt wird. Wir haben ihn gerne in den Morgen- bzw. Abendstunden genutzt. Die Ferienwohnung verfügt über einen Vorgarten und Hauptgarten, sodass dieser je nach Sonnenstand gut genutzt werden konnten. Die Wohnung war zweckmäßig eingerichtet, von den Gartenmöbeln im Vorgarten abgesehen, waren alle Möbel in einem sehr guten Zustand. Zur Küche gehört ein voll funktionstüchtiger Gasherd und eine Spülmaschine. Etwas mehr Geschirr wäre für uns (4 Personen) gut gewesen, so mussten wir häufig spülen bzw. die Spülmaschine anstellen. Toll war auch die Waschmaschine, die wir vor allem für Strandtücher genutzt haben. Wir sind sehr froh, dass wir unsere erste Sardinien-Reise bei Silvana und Stefano verbracht haben, sie haben es uns leicht gemacht, uns willkommen zu fühlen. Wir werden wiederkommen.

Urlaub in Budoni

Wir waren 3 Wochen als Familie zu Gast im Apartment des Capannizza Complexes. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Ein schöner Strand ist fussläufig erreichbar. Alternativ bleibt man halt am Pool. Die Wohnung ist schön aufgeteilt, sodass wir als Eltern mit 2 Kindern genug Platz hatten. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Sylvana und Stefano sind sehr nette Gastgeber, die sich hervorragend kümmern. Hernan hat uns sehr nett in Empfang genommen. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen. Wir empfehlen ein Auto für Einkäufe und um Sardinien zu erkunden.

Tolle Wohnung - super Pool

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in dem Haus von Silvana und Stefano. Die Kommunikation war immer super schnell und sehr nett. Check in mit Hernan war reibungslos. Silvana wohnte die letzten Tage unseres Aufenthaltes noch nebenan. Sehr nette Gastgeberin. Da unsere Fähre am Abfahrtstag erst am Abend ging, durften wir unser vollgepacktes Auto noch auf ihrem Parkplatz sicher stehen lassen. Das war perfekt. Noch perfekter war, dass wir das Haus bei der Ankunft schon eher beziehen konnten, weil wir so früh in Budoni ankamen. Die Lage ist etwas abseits vom Geschehen, aber dafür hat man den Gemeinschaftspool zum schnellen abkühlen. Der Strand ist ungefähr 900m zum laufen entfernt. Dafür aber wunderschön. Danke für die tolle Zeit!

Eine kurze aber schöne Woche in Budoni

Das Appartement von Stefano und Silvana liegt in einer gepflegten Ferienanlage am Ende von Budoni mit Blick auf den sehr schönen, großen und sauberen Pool. Mit dem Auto ist man in 2 min am wunderschönen Strand( zu Fuß in nicht mal 15 min) , in Budoni selbst und auf der Autobahn. Das Appartement hat alles was man für einen Urlaub braucht , es ist geräumig und hat eine schöne Terrasse . Alles war so wie auf den Fotos zu sehen ist . Wir haben das Appartement sehr sauber übergeben bekommen und Stefano hat uns einen Freund geschickt weil er selbst keine Zeit fand . Hernan war sehr nett und hat uns alles erklärt . Man konnte ihn jederzeit anschreiben wenn man fragen hatte und die Antworten kamen prompt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, denn auch die Betten und Matratzen waren richtig gut. Es gibt sogar einen Safe im Haus und alle Fenster haben Läden um das Appartement kühl zu halten . Alles in allem hatten wir eine entspannte Zeit und würden jederzeit wiederkommen - dann auf jeden Fall für mindestens zwei Wochen 👍😁😎 Danke an Silvana, Stefano und Hernan.

Schöner Urlaub

Nette Wohnung mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Auto für Einkäufe und Restaurantbesuche zwingend erforderlich. Super schöner Strand in der Nähe, man kann hinlaufen, aber auch das Auto nehmen. Parkplätze am Strand sind kostenpflichtig, 0.50€/h.

Schönes und sauberes Apartment

Wunderschöner Urlaub in Budoni

Als 4-köpfige (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder à 11 Jahre) haben wir 12 Tage Strandurlaub gemacht. Die Unterkunft individuell Lage ist perfekt. Aufgrund er super Lage des Appartments können mehrere Strände angefahren werden. Der nahegelegenste Strand ist ca. 600m weg und kann auch zu Fuß erlauben werden. Weitere sehr schöne Strände mit.Strandbar sind in max 3km Radius zu finden. Das Appartment war für uns 4 Perslnen absolut ausreichend groß. Wichtig war, da wir Ende Juli bis Anfang August unterwegs waren, die funktionierende Klimaanlage! Auch der Pool war toll. Ca. 14m lang in ovaler Form. Die Kinder und die Eltern haben das morgen-/abendlichen schwimm sehr genossen. Silvana und Stefano sind als Gastgeber einfach klasse und angenehm! Sehr kurze Antwortzeit bei diversen Fragen und immer alles getan, um uns den Aufenthalt super angenehm zu machen.

Ottimo soggiorno

Abbiamo trascorso le nostre vacanze in questo appartamento a luglio 2022. L'appartamento corrisponde alle foto e alla descrizione dei proprietari, situato in una posizione tranquilla e di recente costruzione, offre grandi spazi, cucina attrezzata e aria condizionata. Possibilità di utilizzo della piscina comune che è ben curata e comoda per rilassarsi un pò. Ampia spiaggia di sabbia facilmente raggiungibile con 10 minuti di passeggiata. I proprietari sempre molto gentili e presenti per ogni necessità.

Très agréable séjour à budoni

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans l appartement de Stefano. Tout est conforme à la description. L appartement est très confortable. La piscine a été très appréciée ! Nous étions idéalement placé pour découvrir la région et notamment les plages de budoni ( 10 min à pied ) les magnifiques plages de San Teodoro et le golfe d Orosei.

Super Gastgeber und perfekte Unterkunft

Das Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, sehr sauber. Der Pool ist auch sehr sauber und wird regelmäßig gepflegt. In 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuss am schönen Strand und ebenfalls im Dorf. Es fehlte wirklich nichts in der Wohnung. War alles von Kaffeemaschine, Grillkohle, Waschmittel und Waschmaschine, etc. vorhanden. Der Gastgeber hat in unserer Urlaubszeit nebenan gewohnt und war sehr freundlich und hilfbereit. Rundum Perfekt. Wir kommen wieder!!
