The 115/1 is the true heart of the property: an ancient yet ultra-modern shepherd’s cottage. It is framed by the two houses built later, creating a sheltered plot where a few native turtles had made themselves at home. After the garden was redesigned, however, they moved to another corner. Holiday home with a pool and ocean view - No. 115/1:

Looking out towards the sea, the view stretches out over nothing but nature—and this vista alone is unparalleled in its beauty! In the valley, about 50 metres below the houses, there is a barbecue area hidden among the trees and a pool, exclusively for the 115. A beautiful path paved with granite stones leads there, passing a small garden on the right side of the road with all kinds of trees, including kiwi, citrus, and fig trees. To the right of that, melons and other vegetables thrive. The advantage of this pool is that it’s situated to the side of the houses and therefore doesn’t disturb their tranquil atmosphere.
Inside, you’ll find a tastefully furnished house with a large living area for cooking, dining, and relaxing. With a dishwasher, air conditioning, TV, and a comfortable sleeper sofa, it’s a great place to stay. One bedroom features a comfortable double bed. The other has two single beds that can be pushed together. The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine.








Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to midnight, and check-out is from 1:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
