The home was beautifully appointed and spotless. The back patio was a wonderful spot to have morning coffee. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

Classic Charm and Elegance

Seneca Place is a piece of classic charm located in an amazing historic neighborhood. The property manager has taken this home to the next level of comfort; drawing upon his many years of travel and what he enjoyed most about his overnight accommodations. From the fresh baked cookies, that greeted our arrival, to the water bowl left out for our beagle, this place sets the standard for a five star property. Michael and his wife saw to it that we wanted for nothing and were available if we needed anything. My wife can't recall the last time we were greeted so warmly and with such attention to our every needed. We can't wait to visit them again and wish them the best of success with this amazing property.

Christy and Ben, You both are welcome back anytime. Thank you, again, for being our guests. I loved the tutorial on the ham radio.

Why they chose this property

We chose this neighborhood because it’s our cherished home. Our enduring admiration and respect for our community and our wonderful neighbors made it an easy decision. When the opportunity to own this property arose, we saw it as a perfect chance to invite family and friends to stay with us. Additionally, when our loved ones aren’t visiting, our neighbors can enjoy the same convenience by having their family members stay close by. We love sharing the beauty and tranquility of our neighborhood with others.

What makes this property unique

What sets our property apart is the exceptional service provided by your hosts, who reside right next door. We’re always available to answer questions about local attractions, offer recommendations, and ensure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. For longer-term guests, we take care of practicalities such as taking out the trash, cleaning the patios, and watering the plants.

Another unique aspect of our property is its historic charm. Unlike many homes that have undergone complete remodels, ours retains its original character while boasting modern amenities like a contemporary kitchen, central air conditioning, and up-to-date technology. This blend of history and convenience offers a truly distinctive experience.
