This is a good property for young people looking to party. The other tenants can be heard day or night. The place needs some work and pictures of property don’t show the current state.

Even though this says bottom floor we were on the top floor because there was an issue. The renters are very responsive. Location of this place is perfect. It is an older unit. Do not expect anything fancy but you don't spend much time in there. We would definitely rent from them again

Perfect location

This is a perfect place to stay. It's central to downtown, within walking distance and it's oet friendly. Jenny was great to wirk with and even offered to upgrade us from the basement unit but we declined because our dog isn't able to do stairs well. Harold, the maintenance man, was helpful and friendly as were the rest if the staff. Plenty of beds for sleeping. We are short people so the limited head room in the shower wasn't a problem but the description was pretty accurate. This would definitely be an option if we ever came back with a group.

We're sorry you did not enjoy your stay. The Bottom Floor Unit is our smallest and lowest cost apartment for families and groups that features a fully-equipped kitchen, and it shares only the huge yard with picnic tables and gas grill, but it is impossible not to notice the presence of other guests on busy dates when all our units are booked. While the unit's decor and features are limited, most guests find it highly serviceable, and feel that with its premium location in the heart of the village downtown just steps to all the shops, restaurants, pools, bars, and clubs, the rental is actually a reasonable value when compared with hotel prices and other on-island rentals. Ann, to make up for whatever caused you to leave this review we would invite you to contact us again at auntjanes for your next island stay to get a discounted rate on a more premium rental you might find more to your liking, especially on a midweek or last minute stay.

This is a very basic and "frill-free" rental, but with no comments or suggestions for improvement we can only presume this guest didn't like having to pay Put-in-Bay high-season prices!
