The home has plenty of seating areas, a 2-acre beautiful yard, and a pond with a fountain. The home is extremely private and well-secured and is bordered by a creek in the back and fences and gates along the sides.

This home is located in the heart of Augusta, Georgia. It is directly adjacent to the Augusta National Golf Course and is also very close to the Augusta Country Club, Augusta University, Medical School and Dental School, and the Historic Downtown Augusta. It is within walking distance to Augusta National Gold Course and Augusta Country Club.

The listing was just as described and worked well for our work trip. We each had our own space but also plenty of room to come together and work. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. The location was in a subdivision but was relatively quiet and close to town.

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!

We were in town for a family wedding. This house allowed all 13 of us stay together since there are 6 bedrooms. Enjoyed lunch outside under their huge covered porch while the kids played in the yard. Highly recommend!!

All VERY clean! There were 10 of us for Thanksgiving dinner and 2 large tables worked great for us. However, silverware, glasses, and coffee mugs were not nearly adequate. All else great!

Peaceful stay.

My family and I really enjoyed the property. Very clean and spacious home in a nice and quiet area. Big and beautiful back yard. Deck could use some updating, but overall good stay. I put 5 stars on communicating with property manager, but we never had to reach out to them, because we didn’t have any issues. Coming back in a few months for a wedding planning on staying in this same home again.
