Our family friendly space is the ideal home base for families seeking a relaxing and peaceful getaway. We envision our vacation home to be used as a serene retreat to escape the noise and to recharge and relax.

We strive to provide our guests with an amazing guest experience from start to finish. Our check-in process is effortless and secure with our Smartlock and personalized keycode. Our checkout process is a breeze. There is no need to strip any beds or wash any towels. RELAX during your stay with us and enjoy your vacation to the fullest.

Spend the day at the beach and come home to a perfect place to unwind and reconnect with family and friends. Publix Supermarket, Starbucks, Walmart, and a host of restaurants are 5-10 minutes drive from our house.

We provide pack n play and highchair as well as kid-friendly plates & utensils. Full size cribs can be easily rented and delivered to the house. Our space is DOG friendly and our backyard is fully fenced.

📑 We would love to host your next family vacation! To ensure our property is the right fit, please review and agree to our house rules prior to booking. We intend our vacation home to be used as a serene retreat for families and friends to recharge and relax. Our home is in a safe & quiet residential community. No noisy gatherings or loud music are permitted in the backyard. We ask that all children be supervised and not be allowed to scream or yell excessively for any extended period of time.

We monitor noise levels using NoiseAware technology at our property to maintain the well-being of our neighborhood. The noise sensors do not record audio and is industry approved. Of note, there are audio-visual cameras at our property, located at the entrance and front side yard. To protect the privacy of our guests, all cameras point toward the street, away from the property.

We don't charge extra for pool heat! Weather permitting, our pool is heated up to 86 degrees from November through May. On colder days (< 70 degrees), our pool may not reach set temperature as the electric pool heaters rely on ambient air. NOTE: We do not have a spa. The small area of the pool is a nice sitting area but the temperature is the same as the pool.

◼No excessive screaming and yelling as it disturbs the neighbors & the community

◼No glass, or anything breakable in or around the pool
◼Swim at your own risk. This is a private home and there is no lifeguard

For guests considering bringing their pet:
While we are a pet friendly property, only dogs are allowed, with a max of TWO dogs per stay. We welcome well behaved dogs that are fully house trained, at least 1 year old, & weigh less than 50 lbs. Hypoallergenic breeds are preferred. Pets will need to be approved in advance and guests must agree to our pet house rules below. Extra pet cleaning fee ($250+) may be taken from the security deposit if evidence of urine is found inside the home or pet feces found inside and/or in the backyard.

Pet House Rules:
◼Pets must be kenneled or crated if left alone at the property. Guests must bring own crate or purchase one locally (Pet Supermarket is 5 minutes drive from the house)
◼When outside the property, pets must kept on a leash (no more than 10 ft in length)
◼Please do not allow pets on furniture
◼Clean up and pick up after your pets. Please, no dog poop or urine stains in our home or backyard

Please do not use indoor fireplace. Rather, enjoy the outdoor firepit by the gazebo. We do not supply firewood as they are easy breeding ground for mold and bugs. Firewood can be easily purchased at Publix, 5 minutes from the house.

If using the outdoor BBQ grill, please shut off propane after each use and clean grill after each use. Cleaning supplies can be found under the kitchen sink.

We do our best to maintain the quality of our property by taking care of it inside and out.  While we ask our weekly maintenance crew to come before guests arrive, sometime it is not possible due to their busy schedules. Occasionally, you might see our lawncare, pool, pest, and pond maintenance vendors on the property.  

Our property is privately owned home, and therefore sometimes appliances or household systems (HVAC, Plumbing, WIFI, laundry machine, etc.) may unexpectedly malfunction. While we will do everything in our power to address any functionality issues as quickly as possible, we do not offer refunds (full or partial) or cancellations unless the property is deemed uninhabitable.

Please also note Florida is a buggy state. Our home is professionally sprayed quarterly to control endemic insects. However, please understand it is not possible to get rid of all bugs inside or outside. Please remember to pack bug spray.

We strongly encourage our guests to purchase travel insurance as it provides the peace of mind and financial protection in case unexpected events occur. Unfortunately, we do not process refunds outside of the cancellation policy. Thank you for understanding.
