Tower 4-1103 has new upgraded flooring throughout, no carpet! Brand new ash cabinets and quartz countertops. Brand new furniture in every room including the balcony. This roomy 1370 sq ft condo has the best floor plan on the beach. All rooms have floor to ceiling views of the gulf. Living room has a 42" TV, a new queen sleeper sofa and a double reclining loveseat. The dining room table seats 6 + the breakfast bar seats 4. The owners have taken out a kitchen wall, opening up the kitchen to the dining room and living room. The master bedroom has a brand new King bed and a door to the balcony and large walk-in closet. The master bath has double vanity with brand new ash cabinets and quartz countertops. The master bath shower has been remodeled to provide a handicap walk-in shower. The large guest suite has 2 new queen beds and the guest bath has a double vanity with new cabinets and countertop, a garden tub with shower and a walk in closet. Like the master suite it has a door to the balcony. Both bedrooms have a TV & dvd player. Both the bedrooms feature brand new bedroom furniture. A stunning kitchen, free wifi, large washer & dryer and large balcony make this condo a great place for your vacation getaway! Summer rentals are Saturday to Saturday ONLY. We have 3 adjoining condos if you are coming with a group of friends or family.

Condo was as advertised

We loved this condo. It was beautifully decorated and had everything you need. Only problem we had was the cable for TV's never worked. It has a beautiful view on the deck. Working with the owner was easy.

Thanks for the kind words Katey. We found the TV's were set in the wrong mode. Probably due to Netflix or Hulu by previous tenant. Next time you have a TV issue at a condo call the owner right away. We are retired farmers from Illinois who love the beach. Still active in our community and church at home but we escape to the beach to avoid winter weather. We have 4 children, 13 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild who love the beach as well. We have furnished our condo to provide us and you all the luxuries of home. We hope you will take good care of our condo and enjoy it as much as we do. Thanks for choosing us!

Why they chose this property

This is a new listing because we just took over management. Previous reviews were excellent except for cleaning and that has been resolved. This condo provides all the comforts of home with a large balcony boasting beautiful views of the beach and the sunsets. We offer 2 free beach chairs for your enjoyment through the season.

What makes this property unique

The master bedroom has a walk-in shower with handicap bars for easy access. Parking is convenient with handicap parking right at the front door.
