A beautifully decorated 1 bedroom beach front condo with a sleeper sofa, roomy balcony to enjoy gorgeous sunsets, Full Gulf view from every room. There is a fully equipped kitchen with new cabinets and granite countertop. Utility room has large washer and dryer. Master bedroom has a king bed and master bath has a remodeled walk-in shower, double sink with new cabinets and granite countertop. There is a TV in both the living room and bedroom. Free WIFI is provided as well as 2 free beach chairs in season. You have a terrific 11th floor view of the gulf and are only steps from the beach and 3 communal pools, 2 of which are heated and 3 hot tubs. This condo has everything you need for an enjoyable stay at Panama City Beach. Summer rentals are Saturday to Saturday ONLY.

My wife and I are retired farmers from Illinois who love the beach. We are still active in our community and church at home but love to escape the winter weather. We have 4 children, 13 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. Our family loves to spend time at the beach as well. Our condo is equipped for enjoyment and know you will love this resort as much as we do.
Why they chose this property
The layout of this condo with the large balcony make it one of the best on the beach. You sit literally on the waters edge with stunning sunset views from the 11th floor. The property has 3 communal pools and hot tubs, convenient secure parking, fully equipped kitchen and 2 beach chairs in season. Everything you need for a perfect get-a-way.
