This is a great area to stay in the Denver area. The apartment was nice with no problems. Only downside is the house is older, and you will hear any guests in the upper level (walking around). Wouldn't hesitate to go with this property again.

My daughter and I were in Denver for a week for her softball tournament and this place was perfect for our stay. Kitchen is well appointed, laundry is convenient, and the location is very central to everywhere we needed to go. The lake being 1 block away, several great restaurant options within 1-2 blocks, as well as a walkable Target and grocery store all make this place a great find! Edgewater is definitely a gem of a neighborhood, I'd definitely stay here again!

Good location

We were in town to see our kids who live near by, and this was a great place to operate from. Easy to get to, lots of places to eat nearby, and they even cooked us a lovely meal here--the kitchen amenities were great.

It's a great place to stay. I loved the comfortable bed and ability to adjust the temperature so I could sleep well at night. So easy to access the public market which has lots of good food options. Nice walk around the Lake and easy access to Red Rocks with Lyft or other service.

My boyfriend and I loved staying here! The location is great, with a 5 minute walk to the Edgewater Public Market, which I highly recommend visiting. The space was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed to cook and make coffee. We’d definitely stay here again.
