This 8 bedroom home located at the beautiful Encore Club in Reunion is one of the few homes that backs up to the Clubhouse and Water park. Ideally located, it is the perfect spot to spend your family vacation in the Orlando area.

The Encore Club offers exclusive amenities for people of all ages. A thrilling waterpark with twisting slides, a children's splash area, multiple restaurants and bars, fitness room, indoor kids play zone, a market area, arcade and cabana rentals.
This 8 bedroom 6 1/2 bathroom home offers the largest private pool in the resort. This pool is one of the only private wheelchair accessible pools in the Orlando area. Offering beach entry and a lift that will easily transfer you to either the hot tub or the pool.
The Master suite downstairs offers plenty of space for wheelchair users. The ensuite features a roll-in shower and an open sink/vanity that will allow for superb accessibility.
The kitchen features a section of counter top ADA height compliant. All doors have zero entry accessibility. The home was designed to allow for those guests looking for accessible options to be comfortable and feel at home in this luxury vacation villa.
For the child in all of us the twin bedroom upstairs has a roller coaster theme! Walk into this room and be taken back by the fine detail replicating the Manta roller coaster at Sea World.
The other 7 bedrooms have been tastefully decorated to give you that luxury resort feel.
The upper floor loft area is the perfect place to gather the family and watch your favorite movies on a large flat screen TV with a super comfy sectional in the media room.
The great room and kitchen/dining area offers a large open concept to accommodate all guests in the house. The granite counter with the 3 seat island style breakfast bar is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast. The top of the line stainless steel appliances offer an opportunity to create a meal after a busy day at the parks. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils, cookware, dinnerware and glassware that you, as a valued guest, will require.
Looking for a way to relax? The pool and deck area is perfect for just that. The covered lanai and extended deck area allows for plenty of space to enjoy the loungers or a cool beverage at one of the two dining areas tastefully chosen for your enjoyment. There is also plenty of space for wheelchair users to comfortably move around.
Planning on attending in the cooler months? There is pool heat available so you can enjoy the cooler evenings in warmth and comfort. Be sure to turn on the jets and pool lights to enhance the nighttime swimming experience. The beach entry pool is perfect for younger children.
Are you not in a wheelchair and thinking this home is not quite what you need? Think no more... This home was designed with accessibility in mind but is truly ideal for all guests with or without mobility issues.
Our ultimate focus when building and designing this home was comfort. We wanted our guests to have the ultimate experience and have a luxury stay with all the amenities of home.
OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:
POOL/HOT TUB HEAT - $50 per day - included in your booking fees. If you do not wish to have the pool and hot tub heated, please make a note of that during your booking - that fee will be refunded. Note: Heat is either on or off. You cannot choose to only heat the hot tub or pool - it's both.
BBQ RENTAL - The house does not come with a BBQ grill. However, you may request a BBQ grill for your stay and one will be provided.
2-burner: $61 per week
4- burner: $91 per week
**This needs to be requested in advance and paid for separately.
PACK n PLAY CRIB - We provide 1 pack n play with the house. If you need more than 1, these can be rented for $45 per week (linens not included). This needs to be requested in advance and paid for separately.
POOL/HOT TUB LIFT - This house is equipped with a motorized pool and hot tub lift for those with mobility challenges. If you would like to use the lift, please request it and the battery will be set out for you. There is no extra charge for this.

Why they chose this property
This house become a reality in early January 2017 when the prime lots were released at Encore - these are the very few lots that back up to the water park/amenity center. We jumped all over the opportunity to purchase this house. We lucked out and got one right beside the walking path that leads to the amenity center. It is an awesome location. We choose Reunion for our home because of all the amenities so close by. World class golf courses, water parks, restaurants, bars and of course Disney World less than 10 minutes away.
What makes this property unique
We just know you will fall in love with our home just like we have. We chose this home because it had two very unique features - the accessibility features and the proximity to the Encore Club Water Park!
We wanted this house to be comfortable when we were visiting but also to give others the opportunity to be able to stay in a home that was wheelchair accessible.
A lot of detail and planning went into the placement of furniture and items in the home to make sure someone could easily maneuver around in a wheel chair or without. The main focus was to create a home that was accessible but even if your family was not requiring accessible options you could stay in the home and feel comfortable. We feel this is a home you will truly enjoy staying in. Lastly we know first hand how difficult it is to find a pool that is designed for wheelchair use. We know our pool is unique and rare. The beach entry is perfect for young children and the elderly. With that in mind please take advantage of this opportunity to stay at this wonderful resort and enjoy a private pool at your very own villa.
