Welcome to the Palm Luxury Villa in Desert Hot Springs. This area is known has a healing oasis which is the home to some of the purest hot and cold mineral springs in the world thanks to an underground aquifer beneath the city. Nestled in midst of several attractions and only 10 drive to Palm Springs and Joshua Tree. The perfect escape for those seeking relaxation and wellness.

Parking for 3 cars provided. Uber and Lyft are also readily available.

Pool Heating:
We can heat the pool up to 80 degrees* between the hours of 10am - 6pm for an additional $60 a day. Please let us know at least 24 hours prior to your arrival date if you are interested in having the pool heated for your stay. You can pay in advance or pay directly to our property manager when you check in.
Hot tub Spa:
Please enjoy our hot tube that can be heated up to 100 degrees.

Disclaimer

This is our 2nd home. We stay here at least one week each month. We love pets. Unfortunately, my 4 year old son is extremely allergic to pet hair. He has been rushed to the hospital in the past as a result of a life threatening allergic reaction.

We are truly sorry to be unable to accommodate guests with pets.
Please let us know immediately if a pet has been in the house so that we can take all necessary precautions to protect the health and safety of our son. Failure to do so might be held accountable for my son's life

Relaxing getaway

Perfect spot to unwind and enjoy time together as a family. Lots of fun things to do on site and quick drive into downtown town all springs. Comfortable beds, plenty of linens, a well stocked kitchen, beautiful pool and grounds.

The house was great and exactly what my family and I were looking for. My 9yo son loved the pool table! The outdoor space was incredible. My mom’s favorite part was sitting by the pool watching Sunday football. Nick was super responsive when I had questions about heating the pool.

This house has it all. From the pool to the pool table to the little arcade game they have. My two teen boys loved it, we all did. Probably one of the best houses we've rented. Kids got to swim while my husband and I got to relax in the spa. Even the games and cards they had made it fun. My kids never had a moment of boardom. Thats always a win, right! We were there over Christmas and the Christmas tree they had set up was an awesome perk.

Great Stay in Desert Hot Springs

My sister and I had a lovely stay here during a spring break trip. The pool and spa were super clean and easy to use. The location was just where we wanted to be for a couple of day trips, but mostly just to relax and recoup at this terrific property. Any questions were promptly answered.

The property was exactly how it appeared in the online pictures and very clean. We really enjoyed the backyard as it was very relaxing. The home offers a nice size kitchen, several different outdoor areas to relax in and plenty of room to hang out inside. Loved it!!

Great getaway in Desert Hot Springs!

This house is fabulous and has everything you need. The backyard is wonderful and the hosts are incredibly responsive! It’s just a quick 25 minute drive into Palm Springs, but we found we didn’t leave much because the house is so great! The outdoor TV was wonderful for Oscar viewing! Thanks so much for having us!

My family and I had a great time at this beautiful property. The view of the mountains while swimming in the pool was amazing! The home was clean and beautifully decorated. Beautiful place! Had so much fun! So many things to do!

We had such a great time and the house and property is beautiful, just like the pics. The temperature of the house was perfect even though it was super hot. Pool is awesome

We enjoyed our stay and the loved the backyard with the pool and hot tub. The washer and dryer came in very handy. The kitchen was stocked with all essentials. The house was a little dingy and every bathroom had a sewer smell. Though it says the cameras were turned off, we did notice them on.
