Welcome to Victor View Retreat, a cozy getaway in a quiet neighborhood. Enjoy beautiful views, outdoor seating, and easy access to historic downtown Prescott, Prescott Valley, shops, dining, and local attractions. Outdoor lovers will appreciate nearby hiking trails, lakes, and activities. Experience a peaceful stay with all the comforts of home.

Guests have the entire main living floor to themselves with panoramic views, vaulted ceilings, and private access.

Our property is a self-serve location with remote access door codes. Guests will receive a check-in email one day before their scheduled arrival with details on how to access the property. The hosts are not typically present during your stay, however they do keep a second unit on the downstairs level of the house for occasional trips.

Brian was very welcoming, all the amenities you could imagine! Great view!Property just had Roku would have liked to been able to get regular TV. Minor but one cupboard open for our groceries would have been nice since we were there for 2 weeks.

Great Anniversary getaway

Facts and Communication Matter

Listing did not disclose a second (basement) unit that was occupied. Vrbo lists check out at 11 am , owner insisted on 10 am. Furniture on enclosed (and very hot) patio smelled like smoke. No usable outdoor space. Inquiry about location made in May, never answered.

The good, the unfortunate, and the uncomfortable

This is a really hard review to write. We got in late after all day of traveling and the door code supplied did not work. We tried to get a hold of the host but did not have any luck. We had to go to a hotel for the night. We spoke with the host the next day and they were really great and refunded us fairly. We decided to try again for our last 2 nights. The house and views were lovely. Unfortunately, most of the beds were not great. In particular, one the two twin beds you could feel every slat under the mattress. The master bedroom was good. Our group understands that mistakes happen (with the key code), but it would be great if the mattresses were updated.

The comfort of our guests is very important to us and appreciate that the damage to one of the twin beds was brought to our attention. We are happy to report that after Rita's stay, both twin beds were upgraded to new memory foam mattresses. In addition, changes have been made to the door lock system in order to prevent similar issues in the future.

Cozy Family Friendly Getaway

I stayed with my family and one other family. We arrived and were greeted by a cozy fireplace. From the start Ben, the owner, was very attentive. He responded to messages quickly and made himself available to anything that could potentially come up. The photos of the property were spot on! It was clean, well decorated and felt very comfortable, perfect for our two families. The view in the sunroom did not disappoint and was enjoyed by all. The location was optimal as it was super close to shops, restaurants and other venues (ex: Findlay Toyota Center). I look forward to visiting the property again.
