Excellent all across the board! Tammy the host was very responsive and instructions very easy to follow. The property was in a fantastic location to walk to the many wonderful restaurants that downtown Aurora has to offer. And the condo itself was very clean and comfortable, especially the reclining couch!
visiting my family and having my own hime base was so nice. the apartment isna cool experience of an old building revitalized
the bed was a little soft for my liking but the rest was perfect for my needs.
it was lovely to be able to look out to the water.
We loved the building and all of the character and details. The area “the island” is very cool with lots of shops and places to eat.
The reclining loveseat was awesome for relaxing and watching a show.
Only reason for 4 stars is I’ve stayed at some incredible Vrbo’s that are very well appointed. Those set the standard for 5 stars. This was a great place to stay, don’t get me wrong.

Parking nightmare
Came in on Friday. Dropped our luggage off then left to visit family. When we returned around 11:15 pm all of the street signs, including in the front say no parking or you would be towed. In the email that the host sent after we paid for everything and we’re already on our way there. It states that you can park in the parking garages.. however she did not state that the parking garage does not accommodate oversized vehicles, such as my Cadillac Escalade ESV. We communicated with the host and her resolution was to park on the street and get a five dollar parking ticket and that she would reimburse me.. we spoke to a police officer while we were there to see if it was OK to park on the street and he said we would be towed. So we gathered up our belongings we left and we went to a hotel and stayed the remainder of our weekend at the hotel so that we can enjoy our time with our family.
