Cute New Casita only 1km to Playa Conchal-Top beach in CR
This brand new 1 bedroom casita is nestled among several of the prettiest beaches in Costa Rica and is on the back of our property behind our main house. Located at the south end of beautiful Playa Conchal (10 minute walk)- rated the top beach in Costa Rica, Casita de Mojo features a queen bed, kitchenette, full bath and air conditioned. Newly renovated with larger bedroom and lots of shelves and storage and new private patio out back. Has a beautiful patio and lounging area as well as full use of the pool, pool area, bbq, laundry.
Located in a quiet gated community of only 12 homes, it has 24 hr security and everything you need to have an amazing time. You get the best of both worlds here- you get to enjoy the peacefulness of the jungle while being just minutes away from the local towns and villages and only 25 minutes to Tamarindo.
We do highly recommend a having a car here and we do have 2 beautiful dogs who will become your best friends during your stay.

This property offers you the best of both worlds. You are in the jungle right near the best beaches in Costa Rica with Playa Conchal less than 1 km away and 3 other beautiful beaches 5-10 minutes away, In all there are 17 beaches within a half hour drive and several towns and villages including Tamarindo and Playa Flamingo within a half hour drive. World class surfing is only 15 minutes away at Playa Grande.

What makes this property unique
The casita is located on the back of our property near our house. It is a cute small house with a queen bed, dresser and night table all made of live edge Guanacaste wood, fully stocked kitchenette with everything you need, 3 piece bathroom with a beautiful walkin shower, air conditioned, indoor fold up table and outside eating area. The back yard features a beautiful pool, covered seating area and lounging area for your comfort.
