We`re excited to share our home, a tranquil escape that offers both privacy, beautiful views and incredible convenience.

Located just seven miles from bustling Boulder or Longmont, and two miles from historic Niwot, our property provides stunning mountain views and quick access to amenities. You also have convenient access to downtown Denver, Denver International Airport (DIA), and Rocky Mountain National Park in Estes Park, all about 45 minutes away. The historic town of Niwot, featuring breweries, restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, and antique stores, is practically on your doorstep.

Hightlights of the home: Well-stocked large gourmet kitchen, dining table for six (views!), main level 2-room Queen Suite, 2 queen bedrooms, several beautiful outdoor areas for morning coffee or evening happy hour, stargazing and outdoor dining .

***Main Level Queen 2-Room Suite** This private two-room suite located on the main floor includes a comfortable Beauty Rest queen bed, a small desk, full en suite bathroom with a closet PLUS a separate sitting room featuring a 47” LG TV, a coffee/tea bar with a mini fridge/freezer and microwave, and a private patio.

***Bedrooms 2 & 3:** Two additional Queen bedrooms on the upper level each with a closet and built-in dresser, share a full bathroom tub/shower combo and double-sink vanity.

The common area features a large backyard with three beautiful outdoor patio areas, an incredible fully stocked gourmet kitchen, a family room with a 65` TV for your streaming needs and a beautiful gas fireplace. There`s also a place for two in the front of the home to enjoy your morning coffee under our pretty pear tree.

**Travel Note:** Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are great options if you prefer not to drive.

**Security Note:** There are surveillance cameras located outside of the home. There are no cameras inside the home or back patio areas.

The Pella doors (back patio/master sitting room) feature high-security, three-point locking mechanisms and can sometimes be tricky to close fully. Please refer to the instructions in the `Home Guide` for details on how to close and latch these doors properly.
