We stayed here with our pup over the Thanksgiving week. Super cute place, very clean, had everything we needed. We loved that it is a bit out in the country, with lots of space for the doggo to roam and explore. Centrally located for easy travel to Windsor, Fort Collins, and Brighton. Juan was extremely nice and responsive. Would totally stay here again!
Incredibly clean home in a quiet area. Our kids loved the animals on the property and the open space. The home was stocked with everything we needed and the beds/furniture was very comfortable. The owners were quick to respond to questions. The location was great for our vacation. We went to Loveland, Boulder, Estes Park and Downtown Denver. There was a little bit of driving, but it was worth it to be away from the city.
Excellent property in quiet location with excellent owners. Pond is stocked and my sons had a great time catching fish. Within minutes of Longmont with many stores and restaurants to choose from. Would stay again.
So close to Longmont and things to in the area, yet so tranquil and private on it's own. Plenty of room on site, it feels like it's own little ecosystem. Try not to fall in love with the duck, kittens, or any of the other cute farm animals around. Our pup sure did!
All the memories of growing up in Longmont and Berthoud area. Wake up calls from the chickens and kitties the want some loven was great. Owners were very quick to respond. This is a pretty private place even with a main house on property. We thought it was super quiet even with the road nearby. Loved the closeness of Mead for a quick morning coffee at Ziggi’s and Maggie’s for breakfast or lunch. We will definitely stay again. Plenty of parking for Rv also.
It was a nice place on great land with chickens, ducks, and cows. Lots of extras- ping pong table, above ground pool and grills for our use. 1 down side was the air conditioning. It was 1 window unit in a room that really isn't used and didn't keep the place very cool.

Host needs to make some improvements on this property before renting again. It was very hard to figure out which building was one that was booked for rental. Not the safest, as front door didn’t close correctly and had to be slammed in order to close each time, not always guaranteed unless locked from the inside. . Keypad hard to read to open except at night. Lots of people coming on and off the property and using amenities without letting renter know they were coming. Needs some maintenance for safety (burnt out outlets, broken floor tiles in kitchen, siding coming off outside to allow water to come inside, and possible mold on outlets. Microwave only halfway works (not all of the numbers were usable). There needs to be written instructions within the property for renters, as there wasn’t a lot of detail on using TV, where to park, etc. Unfortunately there were not a lot of amenities included for the price per night paid. VRBO needs to be better about refund policy and coordinate with host, especially when an emergency arises and you are not able to stay the entire time rented. VRBO says to contact host to amend dates and request partial refund, host says that VRBO won’t allow. Only positive was that host was very responsive to questions, they were kind enough to leave farm fresh eggs and there were animals to visit onsite,
