You will see the face of the mountain from your front door, and the golf course/ course county ski trail out your back door
1250 sq. feet gives you plenty of room to relax and have your own space. Perfect for 2 families to share.

Primary bedroom with a KING bed, full bathroom en suite.
The upstairs bedroom has 2 QUEEN beds and another full bathroom with bath tub and shower.

Ammenities:
You will have complimentary pool access to the Schuss pool and hot tub, just a short walk.
*pool closures are out of our control and we cannot refund for pool closures. This does not happen often*
Wood burning fireplace with complimentary wood.
Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook amazing meals. Ski or golf and walk in for lunch

The city of Bellaire is a short 6 mile drive where you can find dining, Shorts micro brewery with their delicious unique sandwiches, soup and pizza, antique shops, a movie theater, coffee shop and restaurants. Bellaire Bar has a good variety menu from dinners to burgers at reasonable prices.
This resort can serve as a hub for Torch Lake, Traverse City, Petosky, and Elk Rapids. You are only a short drive to some beautiful lakes and rivers. Riverside marina rents boats, which would be a great way to explore the chain of lakes.
Traverse City and Petosky are appx. 35 minutes away and Boyne Mountain and Avalanche Bay appx. 20 miles away. You are just 5 miles from a public boat launch for TORCH LAKE. There is also a public boat launch at LAKE BELLAIRE, which is part of the 'chain of Lakes'
Paddles and Pedals shop in Bellaire will deliver bikes, canoes, or Kayaks to the condo or wherever you would like to use them.

We stayed in this condo area last year, and got this last minute condo for a week this year, and were happy to find out that it was another of Connie’s properties again! Levilla was super spacious for our family of 3, and there was more than adequate trailer parking for our boat and jet skis. Definitely appreciate the in house laundry—you can pack less that way! We had a fantastic week in Bellaire, and will always consider Connie’s properties first if we come back again!

We had a great weekend at Shanty Creek and the condo was perfect. It was spacious and clean, with all the amenities, plus extras like a pool pass. Communication with the host was amazing. She was very quick to respond to questions and was very gracious. We loved our time at Shanty Creek, and loved the condo. Thanks!

Great location!

We thought the property was in a beautiful location and that the deck had great views with a wonderful gas fire place. The condo sleeps 6 adults comfortably. The sofa bed cannot truly accommodate two additional adults. I brought up a few things that needed some repairs to the owner who kindly assured me she would take care of them. Overall, it’s a nice property with a well appointed kitchen, generous supplies of dishes, and lots of bath towels. The free pool pass is also a very nice touch!

CK Schuss Mountain Condo Rentals LLC has grown from one condo to now 16 condos in Schuss Village near Bellaire Michigan. Our area has something to do year round. Winter, skiing both downhill and cross country, dog sledding, tubing. Summer has endless fun things to do. Golf, boating, biking, hiking, shopping, wine tasting, canoeing and kayaking. A major attraction is Shorts Brewery in Bellaire. The quaint town of Bellaire is 6miles away. 15 minutes away you can spend the day on Torch Lake and stop at the Dockside restaurant for dinner.
