Our condo features dramatic views of the channel and is a three minute walk away from the white sands of Vanderbilt Beach. Relax and watch the boats, manatees and dolphins from the Lanai overlooking the channel/bay or take a short walk to the beach or Delnor-Wiggins State Recreation Area. You're minutes away from grocery stores, shopping, dining, water activities and more.

This stunning 4th floor end unit (total of six floors in the complex) includes granite counter tops, like new kitchen appliances, along with a washer and dryer, making it hard for our guests to leave this highly desirable location!

Southwest Florida is a tropical paradise with warm breezes and spectacular sunsets. Enjoy unique shopping, sensational restaurants, cultural events, fishing, recreation sites, and championship golf courses.

This is a great destination and a wonderful place to just unwind and take a well deserved break.
