This home has undergone a full renovation the summer of 2021. It has new countertops, appliances, light fixtures, ceiling fans, paint, hardware, and more! There is plenty of room for 9 guests and is fully stocked with kitchen essentials and table top seating for up to 10 people. The beds have 100% cotton sheets, there's a washer & dryer onsite. Smart TV with complimentary Netflix for your view pleasures.

It is only a mile and a half to the Razorback Football Stadium and only steps away from the Razorback Greenway, where you can ride your bike safely through Northwest Arkansas from Fayetteville square to Bentonville square.

We welcome all guests who would like to come and stay with comfort and enjoy all Northwest Arkansas has to offer!

Easy stay for family weekend.

Quick and easy drive to campus. House fit 4 adults and 2 teens comfortably. House has coffee and bottled water upon arrival. Great hosts, lots of notes saying we could contact them anytime but we never needed to.

Family weekend UofA

There were six of us that stayed full time on the property. Our daughter joined us for one night. The space fit all of us comfortably. One of our daughter’s friends even joined us for dinner one night, and it didn’t feel crowded. The property was very clean and the location was great. Close enough to campus, yet far enough away.

Great location. Great price.

Booked this for our daughter’s graduation. Close to campus. Super clean. Had everything we needed. All the other listings were so expensive. Lucky to find this. Wish I found this 4 years ago!
