This was a great quaint little place that is walking distance to food trucks and Walmart. We ended up not walking to campus but rather ubering. The uber rides were reasonable. 6-12. This place was very clean. The only negative thing to say, unfortunately the neighbor left their barking dog home alone and they must not have been there most of the weekend because he barked all hours of the night. Parking was an issue after the sun went down, but we were able to always find a spot so if you using multiple spots you might not get to find an open spot. The host was very responsive. Able to answer my questions almost immediately. I am really glad we stayed.

In town for baseball game at Arkansas

We had a lovely stay. The location was great for our purpose and the rental was exactly as expected. Our first day 2 trains passed which were surprisingly close but after those 2 trains (during the day) we never heard one again. I would definitely recommend this location and book again myself.

Nice Place, Very Thoughtful Property Manager, Unfortunate Train Horn

The condo was clean and plenty of room for our trip. The manager communicated effectively and left us with a mix of snacks and coffee. They even went so far as to leave a cake in the fridge to celebrate the reason for the trip. Very thoughtful.There were two items to note about our trip. (1) We had an army of ants in the kitchen. No big deal as there was some bug spray under the sink and that took care of them. (2) The apartment is VERY close to train tracks and unfortunately those tracks were used daily. The passing train itself wasn't terribly loud, but the conductor blaring the horn in the middle of the night wasn't fun.Location was close to campus and the Walmart grocery store. Parking was ample. Check out process was easy (we appreciate it when paying a cleaning fee and your personal "to do" list is minimal).
