This rental was the best experience I’ve had so far. The property was in immaculate condition. Parking was superb, I mean I had access to a double car garage. I wasn’t able to use it because my vehicle was too large but, it is available for those with smaller vehicles. It definitely made unloading and loading my truck easier. There was everything there that one may need for a pleasurable stay, it was like brand new. Neighborhood was quiet as well. The price of the property was well worth the price. Actually cheaper than staying at a hotel in Fayetteville. Close to everything, shopping, restaurants etc. my host was extremely available for any and all communication. He actually checked in with me every day wishing me a great day, reminding me that he was available for any need I had. I would wholeheartedly recommend staying here to anyone wishing to visit Fayetteville and the surrounding area.

State tourney baseball stay

Was a great place not far from Kessler Park which is where the state tournament was. Quiet neighborhood plenty of room to relax and cool off!!!! Host was very prompt and takes care of any needs !!

Great Family Spot

Enjoyed our time at this property. Was perfect for my small family and kids. Neighborhood was fairly quiet. Garage parking was greatly appreciated. Easy to hit both MLK Jr and Weddington. Would stay again.

My stay was wonderful! The home was very clean and comfortable, with furniture that made it easy to relax after a long day. The location is fantastic, It is close to the University of Arkansas but tucked away enough to avoid heavy traffic. The neighborhood felt friendly and safe, which gave me peace of mind throughout my stay. The owner was also easy to work with and very accommodating. Truly one of the best individuals I have interacted with on this platform. Highly recommend!
