The core renovated apartment in 2017 on 120 sqm is located in the historic Ludwigstrasse, the most beautiful street in the distance. It offers you a unique view of the entire mountain world from the Karwendel Mountains and the Wetterstein Mountains with the Zugspitze and Alpspitze to the Kramer and Wank. The decor is luxurious. Of particular note are the natural wood floors (oak planks) and the modern bathrooms. The living area extends to about 70 square meters and combines living room with dining area and open high-gloss kitchen. There are also 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You can use a combination of washing machine and dryer.
You will find a wide range of shops nearby. You will feel very comfortable! Garmisch-Partenkirchen is located between Munich and Innsbruck. Excursions to the nearby royal castles and Tyrol are easy to do.

The apartment was just as advertised! Beautiful views, right above a cute Straße. We were fortunate enough to be there during a two day Straße fest. Location is convenient to all the sights in the area. Amazing three days. Thanks
Erwartungen wurden erfüllt. Tolle Lage mit Sicht auf die Zugspitze vom Balkon. Inventar und Bettwäsche könnten teilweise an die luxuriöse Wohnungsbeschreibung angepasst werden. Wir waren 6 plus eine Person für 4 Tage und haben u.a. die Zugspitze bestiegen. Die Wohnung würden alle wieder buchen.

My family absolutely loved this apartment! So big, airy, and beautiful! Great location and unbelievable view! Windows are on three sides and with the breeze you don’t need to worry about AC. We stayed during 86f days and were just fine. Highly recommend!
Amazing! Spacious, super clean and comfortable top floor apartment with gorgeous views! Excellent location. Walkable to so many things. In the heart of it all yet quiet. Beds very comfortable. Plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen had everything we needed. Highly recommend!
Loved the location and views of this place. Can't beat the old town. We lucked out that it was ascension day and a procession/parade took place down the street. Comfortable beds and nicely decorated home. The internet was different how we had to keep logging back in so we ended up buying an e-sim to use for travel since the speed was faster that way.
Die Wohnung war sehr schön mit viel Platz für 5 Leute. Allerdings wären kleine Ablagen in den Duschen und ein paar Nachttische neben den Betten schön gewesen. Sonst war alles hervorragend und sehr zu empfehlen. Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war schnell und problemlos.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist groß, schön und super gelegen. Alles was wir brauchten war vorhanden, der Ausblick ist toll, wir hatten 2 Schlüssel. Wer bereit ist über ein paar Mängel, was die Sauberkeit und die losen Kachen im Bad betrifft, hinwegzusehern hat eine tolle Wohnung gefunden und wir würden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.
There were three of us in our party and we all were impressed with this property. The view was as advertised and gorgeous. Within walking distance, one can find anything one needs. There are several great restaurants nearby. The owner left a helpful list for us. I am also impressed with his responsiveness to a request we had. We all highly recommend this accommodation. Check-in: unproblematisch; wir mussten uns die Schlüssel im Büro der Argentur abholen. Nette Übergabe und einige Tipps.Wohnung:Super Blick auf die Zugspitze und die anderen Gipfel. Küchenausstattung war gut; einige Teller hatten Macken. Bäder top. Betten: wir wussten gar nicht, dass es noch alte Federkernmatratzen gibt. Bei jeder Bewegung gab es Geräusche und man spürte die Stahlfedern. Hier hatten wir mehr erwartet. Lage: mitten in Partenkirchen, diverse Bäcker und Restaurants in der Nähe; allerdings ab 6:00 Uhr morgens auch sehr laut, da das Haus an einer Kreuzung liegt und diese aus Kopfsteinpflastern ist. Fazit für uns fünf:vier Sterne (für die schlechten Betten gibt es einen Stern weniger)
Die Ferienwohnung punktet mit einer hervorragenden Lage und großzügigem Schnitt – ideale Voraussetzungen für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt.Allerdings zeigt sich, dass die Ausstattung in Teilen in die Jahre gekommen ist. Einige Mängel wie beschädigte Fliesen, bereits im Vorjahr aufgefallen, wurden bislang leider nicht behoben. Auch Mobiliar und Inventar, etwa fleckige und beschädigte Sofakissen oder angeschlagenes Geschirr, wirken teilweise abgenutzt. Der Gesamteindruck der Einrichtung ist eher uneinheitlich und etwas lieblos zusammengestellt.Mit einer umfassenden Auffrischung und gezielten Modernisierungen könnte diese Wohnung ihr volles Potenzial ausschöpfen und den hohen Ansprüchen ihrer Lage gerecht werden.
