Fantastic central Zugspitze view with parking lot

The core renovated apartment in 2017 on 120 sqm is located in the historic Ludwigstrasse, the most beautiful street in the distance. It offers you a unique view of the entire mountain world from the Karwendel Mountains and the Wetterstein Mountains with the Zugspitze and Alpspitze to the Kramer and Wank.
The decor is luxurious. Of particular note are the natural wood floors (oak planks) and the modern bathrooms. The living area extends to about 70 square meters and combines living room with dining area and open high-gloss kitchen. There are also 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You can use a combination of washing machine and dryer.

You will find a wide range of shops nearby.
You will feel very comfortable!
Garmisch-Partenkirchen is located between Munich and Innsbruck. Excursions to the nearby royal castles and Tyrol are easy to do.

This was a great property to stay in while we were exploring the area! It is centrally located, the views are out of this world, and the host is great to work with! The only downside is that the beds and pillows were pretty uncomfortable, but other than that, everything was wonderful!

Spacious, modern, well-equipped apartment that opens directly onto the pedestrian Ludwigstrasse in Partenkirchen. Dedicated off-street parking was a definite plus. The views from the living room balcony are probably the best in town. The number of stairs to get to the apartment and the lack of AC are about the only negatives, with the former well-known in advance and the latter ameliorated somewhat by having a fan (one in each bedroom would be nice). The apartment would also benefit from having instructions for the washer/dryer combo (although we did figure it out), and at least one night stand and bedside lamp in the master bedroom (at present there is only a bed and a chair). But all-around, a great apartment in a superb location.

The apartment was just as advertised! Beautiful views, right above a cute Straße. We were fortunate enough to be there during a two day Straße fest. Location is convenient to all the sights in the area. Amazing three days. Thanks

During our vacation, we stayed in 6 different places, and this was my favorite. It was the perfect blend of homey and modern. I loved the view from the balcony, and the gathering space was open and comfy. It accommodated our group of 6 adults perfectly. The location was on the main street of Garmish - perfect to access all the shops by foot. I would go definitely return!

Best place to stay

My family absolutely loved this apartment! So big, airy, and beautiful! Great location and unbelievable view! Windows are on three sides and with the breeze you don’t need to worry about AC. We stayed during 86f days and were just fine. Highly recommend!

Charming place in the heart of Partenkirchen

Perfectly located, nicely appointed apartment located on Ludwigstrasse in Partenkirchen. Great views of the Zugspitze and the ski runs and ski jump and located near wonderful restaurants and bakery. And free parking for one car. It was perfect for us.

Loved the location and views of this place. Can't beat the old town. We lucked out that it was ascension day and a procession/parade took place down the street. Comfortable beds and nicely decorated home. The internet was different how we had to keep logging back in so we ended up buying an e-sim to use for travel since the speed was faster that way.

This is a beautiful property right on historic Ludwigstrasse. It is very convenient to all things in Garmish and Partenkirchen, and an easy walk to the central areas of both. The host was extremely responsive throughout the process and the property was clean, well-maintained, and had everything needed for a confortable stay. The property is directly on Ludwigstrasse so may not be ideal for those sensitive to noise.

A dream vacation come true

This spacious apartment, with its grand view of the Alps is perfectly located in the historic Ludwigstrasse of Garmisch Partenkirchen, from where you can reach fantastic hiking spots on foot or easily get to the Zugspitze and other Bavarian areas like Mittenwald and Oberammergau.

Excellent location!!

Garmisch-Partenkirchen is absolutely fabulous . The apartment is nice but the three flights of stairs were a bit tiring. The beds were very comfortable for a good nights rest. We found it was very sparsely furnished but was clean and spacious

Great view!

Beautiful place with comfortable bedding. Parking was a little hard to figure out the first night, but once we got it, all was good. Amazing views and a large space. Make sure you bring your own shower soaps!

Very nice apartment with stunning views in excellent location. By excellent location I mean - we did not use our car for entire stay in Garmish-Partenkirchen, everything was accessible by foot. Although apartment has some signs of worn out, it is still very nice and modern. Well equipped kitchen.

Beautiful Partenkirchen Apartment

This is a stunning apartment on the top floor with views of the Zugspitze. You can park your car and enjoy beautiful Garmisch-Partenkirchen on foot/bike. So many great shops & restaurants right on the Ludwigstraße. We will definitely visit again. The apartment has everything you need.

GAP is always beautiful, and the apartment is in a great location. My only complaints are 1) The bed in the primary bedroom desperately needs to be replaced. It is broken down and terribly squeaky, 2) Some explanation of the trash vs recycling bags.

Family fun!

Overall- splendid! Perfect location with a great view! I would highly recommend this Vrbo! Our only problem was that the freezer didn’t work. Other than that - it was perfect!
