This home is the perfect place to relax or extend your fun after a full day of visiting the theme park, golfing, or shopping. Just relax and enjoy your private oasis.

You can relax in your own private pool. On the first floor, you will find a very spacious living room and an equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils!

To get you organized, the bed configuration:

Bedroom 1: En Suite with king-size bed.
Bedroom 2: queen bed (private bathroom)
Bedroom 3: Queen bed
Bedroom 4: Two single beds
Bedroom 5: Two single beds

Offering a year-round outdoor pool, Terra Verde Resort is located in Kissimmee, Florida. It has private parking on site, a tennis court, a children's playground, and much more. The region is famous for golf. Outlet 192 is 5 miles from Terra Verde Resort. Orlando International Airport is 20 miles from the property.

Please note that the initial credit card information requested during the booking process is solely for website registration purposes. Welfare Vacation Homes will subsequently request your credit card details through our property management system for the actual payment. We have implemented a thorough three-step authorization process to ensure the utmost information security:

1. Submission of Reservation Agreement and Credit Card Information.
2. Submission of a Personal Portrait Holding the Credit Card and ID.
3. Electronic Signatures Verification.

Please be advised that, in accordance with our payment policy, an initial payment equal to 50% of the total reservation amount is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance of 50% shall be payable within 30 calendar days from the date of booking.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, in instances where the check-in date occurs within the same calendar month as the booking confirmation, the total reservation amount shall be due and payable in full at the time of booking.

To receive a refund, any reservation cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival or in the event of a no-show will not qualify for a refund. However, cancellations made at least 30 days in advance will incur only a 4.5% transaction fee. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed on the originally scheduled check-in date.

If you choose to complete your reservation and make the payment via wire transfer or Zelle, you will not be required to pay the 4.5% cancellation fee.

Early check-in or late checkout may be available for an extra charge if the property schedule permits it.

A Pack & Play and a High Chair will be available if you request one day before your arrival.

For the best convenience of our guests, we provide basic supplies such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, and essential kitchen items like salt, sugar, and pepper for the first days of the stay.

BBQ Grill has an additional cost of $50 for use during the reservation. Please request a BBQ grill one day before your arrival.

Terra Verde Resort HOA requirement: Upon check-in, guests must purchase a $25 non-refundable gate card for each vehicle entering the community.

Property Security Notice

For the safety and security of our guests, our vacation homes are equipped with exterior surveillance cameras strategically placed on the front porch and sides of the property. These cameras are positioned solely for security purposes and do not face any private areas of the home, ensuring your privacy throughout your stay.
