Family pool home on gated community, private pool & jacuzzi, grill, games room.

This private and spacious home is located on the gated community of Cumbrian Lakes, and conveniently located for all the Orlando attractions, ideal for families and provides a children's play area as well as a jogging/nature trail around the lakes. The home overlooks conservation at the back. This home has a maximum sleeping capacity of 12. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, the 2nd bedroom and the 3rd bedroom each have a queen bed, and the 4th & 5th bedrooms both have 2 twin beds. There is also a sleeper/sofa in the formal living room. The kitchen has upgraded stainless steel appliances including a range cooker, microwave, refrigerator-freezer with ice maker, coffee maker and a good supply of plates, bowls, glasses, pans etc. A breakfast nook with a table seats 6. There is also a laundry room with washer, drier, ironing board and iron and there is a plentiful supply of towels and linens.

There are 2 main living areas in the home. The formal living/dining room has a sofa bed and love seat and a formal dining table. The main family room has two sofas, a large plasma TV and DVD player and shelves of books for all ages. In addition, there is a den area upstairs with desk and a TV /PS2 games.

The games room is located in the garage and has a pool table, air hockey table, foosball, and darts. The games room has a small air conditioning unit to keep it cool in the summer. All of the bedrooms have a TV.

The fully screened pool area has a large sunny deck with covered lanai with patio table and plenty of pool chairs and loungers. A half bathroom is also located on the pool deck and there is a safety fence for the protection of children, and a life-saving ring. A gas grill is also provided.
