Schöne, gut ausgestattete Wohnung in guter Lage im Gambetta, ca 10 min zu Fuß zum Strand sowie in die Innenstadt, Bus und Tram in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Alles in gutem Zustand, kein unnützes Dekozeug. Balkon mit kleiner Sitzgarnitur und Wäscheständer. Einzig den TV bekamen wir nicht ans Laufen, aber hey in Nizza kann man sich abends ja auch gut anderweitig beschäftigen. Kommunikation mit der Agentur wirkte erst umständlich, da über eigenes Onlineportal, ging aber unkompliziert und tatsächlich war zur Schlüsselabholung am Sonntagmorgen eine Concierge im Büro der Agentur
