Great location

Comfortable stay in great location. Walking distance to Davis Wade anf good restaurant close. Check in info was emailed the day before which made travel and getting into the condo a breeze. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

This condo had everything needed for a long weekend. The king bed was comfortable, and the apartment was 5 minutes from downtown, Hwy 12, lots of great restaurants and the Miss State campus. It is a ground floor apartment so no stairs involved and there was plenty of off-street parking too. It was spacious enough for 2 adults who were looking for a relaxing weekend but with access to plenty of activities. Communication with the hostess was great also and we would definitely stay here again.

Meet our needs

Rented this to attend a graduation when hotels were full. Unit was found to be as the listing indicated. Easy communication with host. While it is listed to accommodate four individuals, it only sleeps two unless you bring a blow up mattress. There is only on bed and the couch does not fold out. I found this out after booking.

Great little condo

Tom and I want to thank you for having us in your cute condo. It was nice and quiet, something that we looked forward to each evening as MSU Geosciences Dept outdid itself for my graduation. I would definitely stay here again in the future and will pass on how nice the condo is. My husband laughed at me each time I tried to climb up into that comfortable bed as I am a bit short. Thank you again, Michelle
