The Cottage at Cocoa Village is a very nice and quiet place to relax. The cottage is located in historic Cocoa Village where you have a wonderful selection of restaurants and shopping. There is also a unique selection of places for night time fun; all walking distance from the cottage. The beach is a 15 minute drive while the Indian River is walking distance with a public boat ramp for launching your boat or kayak. You can also enjoy sightseeing through the village in a beautiful horse drawn carriage.

This has been one of our favorite verbos yet. Every tiny thing was considered. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable bed. A very nice secluded private space with two seating areas. The owner is fabulous and we will definitely be back!!!!

Adorable converted guest cottage with full kitchen and free parking. 5-minute walk to historic downtown Cocoa. Bed was comfortable, and the property kitty (Mama Cat) was sweet. Great communication with Deborah. Wonderful stay overall.

Cocoa Cottage

The cottage Debbie provided is comfortable and quiet, but a short walk to the Cocoa Village shops and restaurants. It is also near the crossroads to beach access in the east, cruise terminals and NASA to the north, Orlando to the west, and even more beaches to the north and south.
