Hello! We are Jess and Lee and are local Merritt Island natives. We love everything that Merritt Island has to offer. We are close to many attractions and popular spots, like the Port, Kennedy Space Center, and the Pier, while still having the peace and tranquility feel of a true island.

Our neighborhood is in a great location. We are located in Central Merritt Island and very close walking and driving distance to all the main shops and restaurants. Our family friendly neighborhood is safe and quiet and also offers a lovely park right on the water!
What makes this property unique
Our property offers a private suite at an affordable price. A great place to sleep and relax in between exploring all that Brevard County has to offer!
