About this property

Just 200 ft from beautiful Cocoa Beach. The beach is literally just steps away!

Unit #13 is an upstairs condo (no elevator) & is a large one bedroom unit with plenty of room! The bedroom has two Queen beds plus a roll out single cot, an oversized closet for storage & hanging clothes, and an iron and ironing board. The Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay, including microwave, dishes, silverware and extras. The open Living room hosts a large comfortable couch to relax on and watch the flat screen TV or surf the internet!

We offer 2 night minimum stays so it's perfect if you're needing a day or two before or after one of the many Cruises out of Port Canaveral. Check in is completed by self check-in....so you can come & go as early or late as you need. We have a co-host that we work with who lives on the premises for check in/check out (if needed ), 24/7 emergency needs, or assistance. However, we are available via email or phone. There is One designated parking spot close to the unit.

The location is perfect! Not only are you just 200 ft from the sandy beach, but you also have so many other Cocoa Beach favorites close by. Downtown Cocoa Beach has a great variety of shopping and attractions including Ron Jon's Surf Shop, restaurants and more. Cocoa Beach Pier is less than 1 mile away. 2 miles to the Manatee Sanctuary Park and 3 miles to Port Canaveral. The Kennedy Space Center is only 20 miles away. The condo complex sits 26 miles south of Titusville and 25 miles north of Melbourne. The area hosts numerous wildlife parks and reserves. Plus Walt Disney World, MGM, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Sea World, Universal Studio, Harry Potter World , and many more attractions are just 70 miles away. You couldn't ask for a nicer location.

The streets are walker/biker friendly with plenty of bike paths along the road. Driving around is nice and easy. The area also offers bus and taxis services. You'll find all the essentials you need including an on site coin operated laundry room. You can stay In Cocoa Beach affordably yet comfortably by choosing unit 13 in the Richard Arms Condos. We are from Northern Minnesota at the tip of Lake Superior. We have 5 grown children & 4 grandchildren. We wanted to find a warm place to get away from the cold & snow of Minnesota winters. We visited Cocoa Beach & were hooked.

Why they chose this property

We love the fun, the sun, & the active energy of Cocoa Beach. We enjoy walking along the beach, viewing launches right out in front of the condo & watching the cruise ships leave the port. Plus, there are so many great restaurants, shopping & outdoor activities close by!
