Forget the cleaning fees and lugging your own bedding. Leave the list of do's and don'ts at home. We do not ask that here. No rushing to make coffee in the morning, it's already made. Don't want to spend your first day of vacation at the grocery store, groceries are there when you are. Tequila, vodka, wine, no problem, we got it. Just send your list ahead and it's there when you arrive. A complemtary light breakfast done in a flash. Feeling huevos rancheros, just ask Maria ahead. We're flexible! Wet towels are refreshed, bathrooms cleaned and beds made so you don't have to bother. Need a ride fom the airport, it's done, ask Moises. Need more groceries, ask Maria. Want a great Mexican dinner, Maria does that too. Maria does know just about everything. Need beach umbrellas and towels, check. Normally, Maria is at the house four days a week. She is often available for additional meals if requested on her off days. Maria's cooking fees are reasonable and she is easy to work with. Guests pay for their food of choice, she prepares the meals for you, and will let you know in advance what the cost will be. It is easy and fun to plan meals with her.
The villa features a luxurious master suite and patio perfect for sunset viewing, as well as a slightly smaller guest suite and patio. Its quiet location in the exclusive Conchas Chinas neighborhood, near Old Town Vallarta, makes it a perfect honeymoon haven or vacation getaway. The villa is tucked into a lush, tropical hillside. You'll awaken to birdsong and butterflies. Later in the day, viewing a stunning sunset on the patio or by the pool while sipping a margarita could easily become your favorite pastime.
The villa is professionally & meticulously decorated in sophisticated Old Mexico style and equipped with modern amenities and housekeeping. Keeping in mind that many of us are now working outside of our offices, we offer excellent wi-fi throughout the villa. Casa Montaña graciously integrates indoor & outdoor living. Three sets of French doors open from the living room to embrace the large terrace and the inviting azure water of the pool. This private villa is a short walk (wear tennis shoes) to the Conchas Chinas white-sand beach and an easy walk or taxi ride into Puerto Vallarta's Romantic Zone, also known as Old Town. With its picturesque gardens, cobblestone streets, galleries, shopping, restaurants, nightlife and music, Puerto Vallarta is a great walking town. A taxi or Uber is around $5 US and easy to find.
The villa is managed by Moises at ProManageVallarta, they ensure the pool, grounds and all other physical aspects of the villa are well maintained. Additionally, Moises is available to help our guests with questions, or if anything should come up that requires assistance, he is there.
