Casa Linda 2 is a 2 story, 2 bedroom, 3 full bath Villa right on the beach. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms with King size beds and each has its own open air for viewing, shower.
There is also a beautiful terrace overlooking the beach and Bay. Downstairs there is another full bath, open plan for the kitchen, living, dining. There are 3 covered patios – 1 overlooking the pool and lush gardens, one downstairs overlooks the beach – fabulous for watching sunsets and enjoying margaritas and guacamole. The other is on the second level and is great for relaxing, reading, morning coffe and maybe a massage with the ocean wind and palm frans rattling in the background.

This Villa is perfect for entertaining or the hub for a family or friend get-together!
There is a fold-out futon downstairs and could sleep one or two people.

The Casa Linda Estate (Casa 1/Casa 2/ Casa 3) and (Studio Casitas #1,#2,#3) and is located in the quaint village of Bucerias (in English – diver) just 20 minutes by taxi from the airport. You will find we are comfortable, affordable, and private. Our staff has been with us for many years and knows how to cater to your comfort. The property is filled with lush tropical plants, majestic palm trees, fragrant flowers and fountains.

Spend the day lounging by the pool or on the beach where we offer a private area for our guests. It is a great place to relax under the palms, read a book, do a little shopping from the local vendors or take a walk on the best sandy beach in the Bay.

All Casas and Casitas are equipped with A/C, BBQ grill, cable TV, DVD, and WiFi, Maid service is every other day and a chef is available upon request.

The Casa Linda Estate is perfect for vacation getaways, honeymoons, reunions, golf groups, fishing (some of the best!), or just relaxing and enjoying life…….it just does not get any better!

Fantastic ocean front stay to celebrate a big birthday for my gf/partner. Really liked all the Mexican artwork and wooden pieces throughout the house. Our dogs were also happy and felt at home. Pretty peaceful stay without as many people around. Massage therapists in a tent on the beach, not affiliated with this property, but worth mentioning as it was very affordable and quite nice. About 15 mins walking distance to fantastic restaurants and main city center of Bucerias. Lori was gracious with our late arrival and also made sure we were ok in text and in person (not in an intrusive way). Would love to stay again!

We have always loved the beach house and Lori our host is always very welcoming. Pro Tip- pay the cleaning ladies to make you guacamole and pico for happy hour. You will love this place.Colin

Great stay at Casa Linda

We had a great stay at Casa Linda. Lori was very welcoming and gave us great insight into the property. The Casa was brimming with authentic Mexican charm, and the grounds were lush with tropical foliage. Not to mention the refreshing swimming pool and oceanfront location were hard to beat. We hope to return to Casa Linda one day.

Perfect!

Love the beach front location and within walking distance to everything we needed. Nicely furnished with excellent TV options. Christina is a great cook and Lori is a wonderful hands on host - can’t wait to return again.

Fabulous house, grounds and location!

This was our second stay at Casa Linda 2 and it was wonderful. The house and grounds are beautiful and the location right on the beach and the lush tropical grounds and pool are even better. The house is decorated beautifully and has an authentic Mexican ambiance. The owner was particularly helpful to us in making sure we had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. I was also very impressed by the local manager who looked into a few items that needed repair both quickly and effectively. All was taken care of within a day. The property also has wonderful on site staff who take wonderful care of the house, the property and all the guests. I give this property my highest recommendation.

A real oasis

We stayed for 7 days with 2 teens. The listing and pics are very accurate. Everything is very clean and well maintained. The kitchen had most of the things we needed. The bedrooms are very comfortable with plenty of storage, linen and towels. AC in the bedrooms is key and it works well. The outside area and pool are very private. Outside there are fans which were great. Housekeeping and the gardener come by often. The grounds are beautifully maintained with iguanas around. There are most things you need within a couple block walk. The Fish Taco restaurant is the best. There is construction in the area and yard equipment that you could hear, but we didnt find it a nuisance. Lori is awesome. She took the time to meet us, show us the villa and get us settled. We will be back.

Great relaxing time!

My wife and I visited in June and we had a great time. The hospitality of the staff and the owner from before checkin until the checkout was great. Everyone was friendly and the nearby restaurants were great. We had a Mexican dinner prepared by the staff in our house that was very tasty. The open air house was hard to get used to and the geckos running around inside the house and bedroom at night but other than their droppings you have to clean up they don't bother you. They chirp at night which was hard to sleep with the first night but after that we got used to the sound. All in all we would recommend for others visiting the area.

Lovely! Lovely! Lovely!

What can we say, it was a wonderful stay. Lori waited up for us at a very late flight arrival and was so helpful. We love what she has created and had such a lovely stay. We were looking for something quiet and calm and this was the place. We can't wait to return someday soon. It was just not enough time there. The location is about a 40 min taxi (or Uber) ride to the Puerto Vallarta center and 20 min from the airport.

Gorgeous property, perfect location.

We stayed in the large house facing the beach. It was a beautifully designed home with classic Mexican tilework, art, and decoration. The floorplan allowed for great indoor and outdoor areas to socialize or just hang out, and the two bedrooms were situated in a way that allowed privacy for friends or couples travelling together. The pool/garden area was absolutely an oasis at the end of a hot day. Ocean and shaded beach area chairs are steps from back patio. The location was within 10-15 min walk of large grocery/department store, small downtown plaza area, taxi stand, city bus stop, hospital, banks, and restaurants. We will be coming back!

Amazing experience at Casa Linda

Our stay at Casa Linda was nothing short of amazing. From the initial checkin, the host Lori was helpful and accommodating. The property itself is GORGEOUS. Our casa was located directly next to the beach, with 2 ocean view patios. We had private beach access and were walking distance to old town and various restaurants nearby. The pool area is well-kept, colorful, and so relaxing. Enjoy swimming in the pool among beautiful flowers, trees, and other plants. We enjoyed seeing iguanas on the property as well. The Casa itself is perfect for 4- we had 2 couples and each had our own master bedroom with bath and AC. Both rooms have ocean views. I would highly recommend staying at Casa Linda. It is a lovely place to spend time when in Bucerias.

Family Vacation in Bucerias

We had a phenomenal trip to Lori's in Mexico. Casa Linda is perfectly situated and set up. Bucerias is close enough to PV that you can go there if you want (we didn't need to) but far enough away that you don't get any of the hustle if you want to just relax. Our kids had a fantastic time hopping between the pool out one door and the ocean out the other. The facilities were in top shape and Lori's staff (the Christina's and Jacinto) were there every day. There are tons of restaurants to walk too (all good) and both large and small markets for any of your needs within walking distance too. In all, this was one of our best vacations to Mexico and we love to come to Mexico every year. We will definitely be back!

Planning my return already

Lori has created an oasis with all the comforts of home, but with the charm and character of Bucerias. She was very attentive to our every need. Her staff was so friendly and professional. We especially enjoyed our chef dinner prepared by both Cristina’s. What a delicious treat! You have to see it in person to appreciate the beauty of the gardens, and all the casitas on the property. We stayed in the larger ocean front one. I loved the private, “gated” beach so you don’t worry about vendors or finding your spot. The location is perfection, quiet area of town and walk to everything you can possibly want or need. I will definitely come back and stay right here. Soon I hope❤️

Upon walking into the property you have beautiful foliage, a private pool and amazing outdoor sitting spaces, the beach is private and so breathtaking. The villa was cleaned daily, well stocked, decorated with a professional eye and perfect for our family. We had groceries purchased for us upon arrival, and Christina made us guacamole one night and an amazing dinner another. Lori, the owner, was beyond helpful, and kind. We walked to town for a couple meals and shopping. Everyone was nice and welcoming in Bucerias. Our family has never been to this part of Mexico before... we will absolutely be back.

Alma mexicana con toque extranjero

Lori es una excelente anfitriona, nos recibió en la llegada y estubo todo en tiempo pendiente de nosotros. Fuimos con nuestra mascota y una pareja de amigos que tiene una baby de 1 año y todos quedamos super a gusto! La casa es una mezcla de decoración típica mexicana con el requinte y tecnología “gringa” - todo de extremo buen gusto. No falta nada y trae el confort de un hotel (limpieza diaria, cambio de toallas) con la privacidad de una casa. Nos encantó y seguramente regresaremos!

Our Paradise

From the moment we first entered the gate 3 years ago, we knew we had found our slice of Paradise. The house is large and open, with room for us to bring friends. Our private beach is perfect in every way. The location is prime for all of our favorite restaurants and shops and close to taxi’s and an ATM. We wouldn’t change a thing!!

Definitely a little bit of Heaven!

My wife and myself have been going to the Puerto Vallarta area since 1982. In 2005 we became aware of Casa Linda and have always coveted it as a place to stay. This February we were finally able to rent the two bedroom house and we were certainly not disappointed. Everything about it is top shelf from the maids and the groundskeeper to the owner. One evening we had guests and the Cristina’s prepared dinner for us and we have not had a better Mexican dinner anywhere. Was fantastic! The pool and garden area were fantastic and we were right on the beach (nothing more needs to be said about being right on the ocean). Lori the owner is very much involved and is always making improvements. She lives in Bucerias so is almost always available.

This is a place to be appreciated

This was our third trip to Bucerias and our first stay at Casa Linda. We had viewed the property on a previous trip and we wanted to give this place a try. It was a wonderful vacation for my wife and I, two of our adult children and one grand daughter. The garden is very much a selling feature when you don't want to be in the heat of the sun. There is a small pool in the garden, there is a large ocean outside the wall and everything was as advertised. Lori, the owner, was excellent to work with, Bev, the property manager met us with our keys as promised and Christina, the housekeeper, was a real treat. She cooked supper for us one night and it was fantastic! We are returning in March and I suspect we will be booking here again and again.

A Welcome Return After Many Years

We first stayed at Casa Linda in 1999 and this year we finally returned. I certainly hope that it won't be nearly 20 years until our next stay! Casa Linda 2 is a great house with plenty of spaces to live in, both indoors and out. The bedrooms and bathrooms are well equipped and great for two couples sharing the house. Loved the accessibility of cookware and serveware. It made cooking or cocktail-making easy. And I haven't even mentioned the beach! Right outside, literally steps from the house to the sand. Finally, there's the staff. So warm and welcoming. We capitalized on the opportunity to have Cristina cook for us one evening. The chilis rellenos that she made were fantastic. Can't wait until our next stay.

Casa Linda is the Best!

Casa Linda is our favorite place to stay in Mexico. As soon as we walk into the beautifully maintained garden, our stress levels just plummet. We love to bring friends and family just so we can watch their jaws drop. We have stayed in all three houses and enjoy each one of them. They each have their own sense of serenity and charm. Casa Linda is always clean and well stocked with the essentials. If you can't find it, just ask the staff. They are very helpful and take care of all the details, so you don't have to worry. So, sit back, relax, and enjoy a little piece of heaven. T & R, Texas

A beautiful oasis!

Our stay couldn’t have been better! The place is so clean and lovely. My daughter bounced between the pool and the ocean, with only a short break during the heat of the day to be inside the wonderful air conditioning. Everyone was so kind to us and we felt perfectly safe as a single mom and daughter. The beach is quiet and calm without vendors or crazy scenes. Casa Linda is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with good restaurants and tiendas close by. We either cooked or brought tacos oback to the house for dinner. And downtown bucerias had some little shops that were fun to visit just a few blocks away. I am so glad we chose Bucerias and Casa Linda.

We love this little village. Mom could really give a good history as she was one of the pioneers of the foreign Bucerias community. Back then, mom couldn't get a phone line so you would have important messages sent to the tortilla factory and they would deliver it to us by bicycle. Oh, how the town has changed!"
