Single-storey house under the pines in a peaceful setting between lake and ocean

Comfortable detached house, 110 m², ideally located 1.3 km from the lake and 4 km from the ocean, close to cycle paths (50 m).
Three bedrooms, 1 separate WC, 1 bathroom (1 shower, 2 sinks, 1 bidet). Bed linen can be rented for €15 per bed (beds made upon arrival), and towels (1 large and 1 small) for €15 per set per person.
Two terraces (1 south-facing and 1 east-facing with a barbecue).
500 m² garden with trees, left in its natural state, partially enclosed (no gates). Private parking and garage. No pets allowed.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Christine qui nous a très bien accueilli. La maison est très agréable, fonctionnelle et lumineuse dans un petit lotissement calme sous les pins à quelques minutes à pieds de Maubuisson et quelques minutes en voiture ou 15 minutes en vélo de la plage de Carcans. Ideal pour des vacances reposantes et pratiques.
