I'm renting out my recently built 100m² villa for the summer. It features a 10m² swimming pool surrounded by a garden landscaped with olive trees and offering complete privacy. The 32m² terrace, partially covered by a bioclimatic pergola, overlooks the pool. Sun loungers await you there! The villa is located in a residential area, close to the town center (500m) and all amenities. On the first floor: - a large open-plan living/dining/kitchen area with French doors opening onto the terrace - chaise longue, large flat-screen TV - an extendable table and chairs - a fully equipped kitchen: fridge-freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, toaster, percolator coffee machine - a family suite also opening onto the terrace (queen-size bed) with its own shower - an entrance hall with WC/sink - Laundry room equipped with a washing machine and sink. Upstairs: - 2 bedrooms, the first with a queen-size bed (160cm) and the second with a double bed (140cm). - Bathroom with a large shower, vanity unit, WC. Linens and towels are provided. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 6 people (adults, preferably young teenagers). Minimum rental is one week.
