While there is a front house between you and the lake, you'll enjoy clear views and access via a short walking path leading to Adirondack chairs and a dock shared with the front property. Ideal for swimming, paddling, or simply watching the sun sparkle on the water.

Inside you'll find:

Full kitchen, Smart TV, WiFi
Indoor fireplace, window A/C units
Clean, modern bath with essentials

Outside you'll enjoy:
Deck with grill and outdoor dining
Fire pit with Adirondack chairs
Outdoor shower for rinsing off after lake days
Kayaks & paddleboard for guest use
Easy parking for 2 vehicles

Only 25 minutes to Saratoga Springs — perfect for race season, dining, or day trips!

Thank you for your feedback Steve! We did notify you and any of our other guests (since that is the norm in the area) of the water situation. That is also why we leave Culligan purified water there for your use! We are sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate your feedback.
