Camp Triangle is a newly renovated, peaceful waterfront cabin on the outlet to Canada Lake. Treat yourself to a relaxing afternoon on the dock, go for a swim, row the canoe or kayak, go hiking, and make s’mores at the fire pit, among other things. The views of the water and forest are fantastic. Come enjoy a getaway on the water, take in nature, and catch your breath.
You can kayak or canoe up to the lake (it’s about 1 mile). You can swim or relax on the dock or cabin deck. There is high speed internet (Verizon Fios), but no TV. You can make WiFi phone calls, but there isn’t cell phone service. This is a great place to get away from it all, slow down, and enjoy nature. There are two bedrooms. The first has a queen size bed, and the second has two twin XL beds. There is a full bathroom, living room and full kitchen with a kitchen table. You can also make s’mores at the fire pit, barbecue outside on the grill, and eat out on the picnic table. Come and relax and take in nature.
Kayaks and canoe are included for use with adult life jackets and oars. There is also a two-person kayak available that’s not shown in the pictures. Please bring life jackets for any children. There is a ladder at the end of the dock, making it easy to swim there. There are 3 swim floats and 6 swim noodles available for use. We also have cornhole and horseshoes in the shed.
Bedding is provided. But please bring your own bath, hand, and swim towels. Please note there is no laundry. Also, the stairs to the bedrooms are steep, but there is a handrail.
There is a Keurig K-cup coffee machine with coffee provided. We also have a tea kettle and assorted teas.
There are three window air conditioning units - one on the main floor and one in each bedroom upstairs. There are extra blankets and space heaters in the storage area at the top of the stairs.
There are outside security cameras, but none inside. No parties please, and no unregistered guests.
We are required to collect New York State and Fulton County Sales Tax.

Camp triangle was amazing. I travel alot and this stunning lil gem had every amenities you needed. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and Vicki and Lance were very attentive. Definitely recommend
We had a fantastic time at Camp Triangle. We wanted to relax and enjoy a few days by the water and it fit the bill! Loved the Bear motif and the place was clean and cute, and the cabin was very cozy. We loved all the water activities and enjoyed how clean and refreshing the water was, it helped we had perfect weather! We went into town once (Dolgeville) and they had a decent grocery store, and we went to Canada Lake Store, but otherwise we just stayed put!
The ultimate place for relaxation! Host was so kind and helpful with any questions we had. Enjoyed kayaking, relaxing by the campfire and fishing. Watching the sunrise is beautiful, coming up over the water. We brought all our food, so we enjoyed our family meal time right there. Highly recommend!!
We had a wonderful stay! The location was peaceful and surrounded by beautiful scenery—exactly what we were hoping for. We spent most of our time out on the water using the provided kayaks, while the kids had a blast swimming. It was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure everything was ready for our arrival. All we had to bring was ourselves and some food—everything else was taken care of. From the well-stocked amenities to the thoughtful setup, it made for an easy and comfortable stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a nature-filled escape!
Very nice, clean, well maintained property, still has the smell of fresh pine from what we assume is a fairly recent renovation. The property owner was very responsive to messages. It's about 30 minutes from the nearest gas station (neither a pro or a con, just a feature). There are neighboring properties but it doesn't feel cramped or touristy. There's no cell service but we set up wifi calling and it worked just fine (my primary concern is emergencies). This was our first time using Vrbo and we are very satisfied.
Perfect place for my husband, adult son (22) and I to enjoy the outdoors. The house faces the lake and although small, it is well laid out and did not feel cramped. Loved that the house came with a fire pit, use of canoe (didn't use) and kayak. Communication with the host was excellent and the place was very clean and organized. We knew before we booked that we would have to drive far for restaurants and groceries, and since we were mid week, many restaurants were closed so we came equipped and bought additional cooking materials at the grocery store and ate looking at the beautiful view on the picnic table. Close to kayaking rivers and lakes in addition to the lake in front of us. Great place.

Why they chose this property
Camp Triangle is very peaceful and relaxing. Bring a fishing pole or a good book. I hope you love it as much as I do!
What makes this property unique
Camp Triangle has its own dock and a lovely little cove where you can swim or take kayaks out. There is state land across from it so it’s very quiet and you can observe the wildlife.
